首先感谢您百忙之中抽出时间阅读完这封信。20xx年11月份国务院出台了《国务院办公厅关于农村义务教育学生营养改善计划的意见》，决定在集中连片特殊困难地区启动农村（不含县城）义务教育学生营养改善计划试点工作。我县属于试点县，按照省政府统一部署，从2012年春季开学起，对全县农村（不含县城）义务教育学生每人每天3元钱，每年按200天计算实施农村义务教育学生营养改善计划。营养改善计划的资金性质是营养补助，不是免费午餐，是根据各校的客观条件分别通过食堂供餐、企业（单位）供餐两种不同的供餐模式，在学生原有的营养基础上，补充更加营养的食品，提高学生的膳食水平。
我校学生营养餐（牛奶+面包或鸡蛋或火腿肠）自三月份实施以来，得到了各位家长朋长的大力支持与鼎力相助，同时我们也吸纳了许多真诚的建议，在此一并表示深深的感谢。时值隆冬，日均气温只有几度，随着寒流的来临，气温可能在零下摄氏度，这给学生饮用牛奶增加了困难，更多的是带来许多不安全因素，尤其是造成学生肠胃的不适，从而引发患病的可能。本着一切从学生的安全考虑，为此，学校决定改变冬季学生牛奶的饮用方式：将牛奶带回家饮用，这就需要得到家长朋友的科学指导和全程监督，为了您孩子的安全，敬请得到您的通力配合！
温馨提醒：
1、家长朋友务必做到当日营养餐当日饮用，如加热，不宜时间过长，不宜温度过高。
2、孩子饮用完，务必督促孩子次日早晨上学将牛奶盒带回学校。如遗失，家长须向学校出具文字说明。
3、孩子因病因事请假（一周内），营养餐由孩子返校后首日一次性带回。请假一周以上，须由班主任陪同，家长在储藏室签名一次性或分批将营养餐领回。
4、孩子因病因事期间领回的营养餐，家长务必在保质期内全程监督、科学指导孩子饮用。如在家中发生过期饮用、方法不当等造成的安全事故，家长自行承担责任。
5、回收的牛奶盒须由孩子自行签名，因病因事请假期间的牛奶盒无须回收。安全第一，健康是福。敬请各位家长务必在百忙之中加强对孩子的营养餐饮用监督力度，时时提醒孩子注意安全事项，一切以安全为重，确保孩子平平安安，快乐成长。
