今天中午,天气很冷,但我很开心,因为我们家要包饺子。
妈妈买回了各种包饺子的配料,有肉、葱、姜、饺子皮,妈妈把这些配料洗好,我准备来切肉。于是我挽起袖子,拿起菜刀,准备大干一场。我小心翼翼地一切,谁知菜刀一偏,差点切到我的手,吓得我顿时往后一跳,心想:真是好险呀!第二次我双手握紧菜刀柄,用力一剁,由于力气太大了,肉弹了出去,我赶紧用手去接,妈妈在一旁看了,哭笑不得,就手把手教我。过了不久,肉终于被我剁成肉泥了。我把装肉的盘子端到桌子上,并放上葱、盐、姜拌均匀后开始包饺子了。
我拿起一张饺子皮,把肉用筷子夹起来,放在饺子皮上,然后一卷,眼看大功告成,可饺子像不听话的小孩一样,滑了下去,掉在桌上,我只好拿起来重新包,可饺子皮全散开了,馅露出来了。妈妈过来说:“捏得力不够。我来吧。”我只好又换一张饺子皮,这次我小心地把它卷好,吸取上次的教训,然后用力一挤,由于力气太大了,饺子皮裂开了一个洞,一些馅从洞里掉了出来。我急了,再拿一块饺子皮,像折纸一样,左折一下右折一下,最后捏成了一个球,看着这个球饺子,我哈哈大笑起来,妈妈望着顽皮的我,直摇头,也笑了。
晚上,饺子都煮好了,我们来吃饺子,虽然今天的饺子模样很奇怪,但我很开心!

Ice cream increased in popularity until the Depression years caused a drop in sales for virtually all non-essential goods. Sales increased in the years leading up to World War II before leveling off in the post-war years. The rise of the giant supermarket created demand for cheaper, mass-produced ice cream, but quality suffered. The 1960s saw a resurgence in "premium"ice cream, while the following decades saw the market fragment into low-fat varieties for the health-conscious, including frozen yogurt, fruit bars, ice milk, fat-free ice cream, and dozens of other varieties. 梦中又见那宁静的大海,我前进了,驶向远方,我知道我是船,只属于远方,每一次的成功都会给我带来或多或少的喜悦,而喜悦就是成功的动力,让我向更远的目标驶去。
我的外公住在海边,他一来到我家便会滔滔不绝地为我讲述大海中发生的有趣的故事,讲大海里各种各样的鱼类,我便逐渐喜欢上了大海,于是每年的寒暑假,我便会到海边的外公家,听海、看海、坐在海边领略大海那独特的神韵。
五年级的暑假,带着驿动的心,我又一次兴冲冲地来到外公家。刚一踏进家门,我便迫不及待地嚷嚷着要去看海,外公并不急,笑呵呵地对我说:“锐锐,先别急,我们有的是时间看海,这次你来,外公教你船上捕鱼怎么样?”“太好了!”我越发地兴高采烈,因为这几年来,我每次都嚷嚷着让外公带我上船捕鱼,可外公说我太小,看来这次我真的可以如愿以偿了。
傍晚,我牵着外公的手向海边跑去。“现在还没到涨潮的时间,不能捕鱼,先上船适应一下吧!”我听了外公的话心里觉得很可笑:“有什么好适应的,虽然我没上过海上的船,可公园了的船我可没少上过。”我扶住船帮,像小猫一样灵活地越进了船舱。我不无得意地扬起了头,外公并未对我大加赞赏,只是微笑着点了点头,也一越进了船舱。
起锚了,平静的海面渐渐掀起了波浪,要涨潮了。我坐在舱里感觉小船晃呀晃呀,我也随着船身不断地摇呀摇呀。感觉五脏六腑都要摇出来了,我想吐,但吐不出来,难受极了。刚才的那份得意早已消逝的无影无踪。
“外公,我们回吧!”
“锐锐,今天我们不捕鱼了,只要你今天能克服晕船,对你来说就是最大的收获。”
“外公,我受不了了,还是掉头回去吧!”我再一次用企求的目光望着外公,渴望外公的返航,但我看到的却是外公坚定的眼神,看到那眼神,我知道今天是当不了逃兵了。
“闭上眼睛,身体随船身自由摇摆,你会体会到摇篮般的感觉呢。”听天由命吧,只有照着外公的话来做了。闭上眼睛,随着船身摇啊摇啊,仿佛回到了婴儿时代,这时的的船儿的确犹如摇篮,温柔而静谧。渐渐地,我的头不再晕了,取而代之的,是美不胜收的感觉。
“现在睁开眼睛,眼光不要盯在近处的波浪上,尽量把眼光放远,再放远!”
睁开双眼,看到的是海天一色,海和天是那样的蓝,蓝得使人发醉。晕船的感觉离我越来越远。在这夏日的傍晚,看天,是那样的广阔无际;看海,是那样的一望无垠。我的心情渐渐明朗,不仅仅因为这迷人的景色,更是因为我成功的克服了晕船!此时此刻,我的心情无比愉悦。
在我们的生活里,经常会有沮丧的事情发生。如果我们屏住气,不急躁,不气馁,找好对策应对这沮丧,就会获得意想不到的成功呢!
我的手一直紧紧地握住体温计的上端,手里出满了汗,连额头上也流满了汗。张光萍看见我额头上的汗流了下来,以掩耳盗铃迅耳之势的速度向我跑来,亲切的.说:“你休息一会儿吧!我来吧。”
“可是,我……”
“没事的,又不是什么斤斤计较的事,说好每人要握十分钟,又不是非要一分一秒都不可以少。”说完,她便迅速抢走了体温计,紧紧地抓着。我呢?也不能闲着,所以去替魏鑫盯着体温计。
不知在什么时候,火一下子就熄灭了。我们紧张及了,眼看着体温计从85℃锐减到了62℃,屈一鸣迅速划了一根火柴,把火点燃。体温计又从62℃增到了76℃,我们总算松了一口气。我们都盼望着,盼望着水赶快烧好……虽然一节课下来,这小小的酒精灯就把我们忙活的上蹿下跳。但是,我们用酒精灯的方法来烧水实验总算“武装”完毕——大功告成啦!
我们看着我们的实验结果,脸上洋溢出了最为灿烂的笑容。
这杯水代表的,不仅仅是我们实验成功的作品,也是我们劳动+智慧的结晶!
一个手指拿不起一支筷子,但如果用所有的手指一起去拿一支筷子,就会轻而易举的做到。这——就是合作的力量!
俗话说:“舒服不如倒着,好吃不如饺子。”今天,妈妈为了改善生活,决定包我最喜欢吃的青菜猪肉馅饺子。说干就干,妈妈立马开始忙活起来。我也洗了洗手,和妈妈学着包饺子。
妈妈教我,先让我把饺子皮拿起来放在手心里,然后去用筷子夹了些饺子馅,放在饺子皮里,然后妈妈叫我捏紧饺子。但我一捏饺子的左边,右边的馅一下子就出来,我又捏住饺子的右边,左边的馅又出来了,最后我想了一个办法,两边同时捏,我试了试,两边都不露馅了,可是我用力太大,饺子的小肚子破了,妈妈帮我又拿了一张皮包住了破的饺子。
一个饺子勉勉强强地包好了,虽然卖相不好看,但也是我的第一个劳动成果。我并没有打退堂鼓,又和妈妈包了起来。妈妈包的饺子非常饱满,像打了胜仗的大将军,样子很好看,可我包的饺子似乎没上战场就趴下了。这次,我一屁股坐在椅子上不干了,妈妈说:“我来教你。”在妈妈的指导下,我越包越好,妈妈直夸我是个聪明伶俐的孩子。不一会儿我就包了好几个饺子。这下,我包的饺子就像一个个大元宝。
吃着自己包的饺子真甜,真香啊。
