煮粉的过程如下，把米榨粉倒入笊 篱，然后放到沸水裡盪-盪，约半分鐘就 可以捞上来，同时把莱叶放到锅里煮一下， 捞起来和粉一起盛在碗里。再把油料、黄 花菜、木耳、酸笋和其他佐料配合调好也 倒入碗内。最后往碗里自两瓢滚烫的螺蜱 汤汁.这样，一碗晶莹油亮，辣香味色俱 全的螺蜱扮就可以上桌了。
