The letter gives you a macro-view of your initial vision and lets you recognize how your current vision differs from the past.

And he often lives in his relatives' home when he is a little boy and his friends at his age always tease him because he has a special ability. Although he experiences many unfortunate things, he is still very kind and without complaint at anyone. Eventually he is adopted by a couple who is very friendly and let him go to high school. One day, He is pursued by a bogie and hid in a shrine. He breaks a powerful bogie‘s seal whose name is Ban. And that involves her grandmother Xiamulingzi’s relics--a contract that sigh with the bogies. Since then, this powerful bogie turns itself into a cat in daily life to stay with Xiamu to protect him with the condition that Xiamu should give the contract to it after he die. But before that Xiamu decides to try his best to give the name in the contracts to the bogies and let them get free. Thus, a loving, touching, scary story is opened up.
《夏目友人帐》主要讲述了男主人公夏目贵志拥有可以看到妖怪的特殊能力。因为父母双亡他的性格较为孤僻，并且由于他具有特殊的能力，他常辗转在于亲戚之间并被同龄人欺负。虽然他经历了许多不幸，但他依旧有好善良没有埋怨任何人。最终他被有好善良的藤原夫妇收养并进入高中。有一天，他被妖怪追赶躲进神社，不小心打破了一只强大妖怪斑的封印。并牵涉到了他祖母夏目玲子的'遗物—一本同妖怪签订的契约书。之后，这只强大的妖怪平时便变成猫的样子待在夏目身边保护他，但是他的条件是夏目死后要把这本契约书给它。但在此之前夏目决定尽其所能把契约书上的名字还给妖怪们让它们得到自由。由此，一个个温馨、感人、惊险的故事就此展开。

从小，我就对砂锅鱼头汤情有独钟。那乳白色的鱼汤，润滑爽口的鱼肉，香劲十足的蘑菇、豆腐……还有那令人垂涎三尺、扑面而来的阵阵鱼香，令我神往，令我陶醉……
这个周末，我又想吃砂锅鱼头汤了。于是，便和妈妈一起去菜市场买回一条体形肥硕的大花鲢。
到家后，妈妈刮了鱼鳞，清理了内脏，里里外外，认认真真地清洗一番，一切准备就绪，我就仔细地观察起妈妈制作鱼汤的过程了。只见她先切鱼头，从大约鱼腮五、六厘米处开始用劲剁，把鱼头与鱼身分开；然后往炒锅里放油，烧到四、五分热时，把鱼头放进去，煎到两面都呈金黄色，捞出，放入砂锅，兑冷水，使水没过鱼头；接着，用大火煮沸，再用文火细细地煨，并放入佐料，将汤熬到像牛奶一样的乳白色时，鱼香味也就随之散发出来了。再把事先准备好的“白胖小子”——豆腐块、轻薄如纸的笋片、乌黑铮亮的木耳，好似朵朵小伞的蘑菇，几乎透明的`白萝卜片……一股脑丢进砂锅里。起锅前再放入一些宛如翡翠的“小娃娃头”——青菜芯儿，最后，再撒些青蒜末，炖开后，一锅色香味俱全的江南名吃——砂锅鱼头汤就大功告成了！
妈妈在饭桌上垫上竹垫板儿，把这一大锅汤端上来。我洗净手，抄着筷子，掀开锅盖，一阵白“雾”扑面而来，一阵浓香扑鼻而来，一锅色香味俱全的珍馐扑我而来！吃一口鱼肉，肥而不腻；喝一口鱼汤，鲜而不腥，又热又爽，一个字：绝！
这道砂锅鱼头汤，荤素搭配，富含大量蛋白质与钙质，很容易被人体所吸收。况且，它味道鲜美，我从小就视它为最喜爱的菜肴之一。
鱼头中的精华部分当数鱼脑。它无色透明，呈黏稠状，只要轻轻一吸，就能顺势滑到嘴里，令人回味无穷。鱼脑有丰富的卵磷脂，说是能补脑，于是，家里每次吃鱼头汤，这鱼脑总是非我莫属。
看着这一大锅色彩丰富，味道鲜美的砂锅鱼头汤，我胃口大开，吃得更起劲了。

青椒牛柳十分美味可口，吃到嘴里，十分爽滑，油而不腻，还带着一丝丝青椒的辣味和涩味。每吃一口，都会尝到牛肉那细腻的味道和青椒那扑鼻的气味。于是，牛柳的味道，成了我喜欢它最主要的原因。
青椒牛柳不仅味道很好，而且香味也让我十分喜欢。青椒牛柳的气味很香，结合了青椒和牛柳的气味，弥补了两者的'缺点，改进了优点，那气味，只要一进你的鼻子，就好像灌入了你的全身，闻了就让人食欲大增，很想吃。
青椒牛柳的样子也不差，一盘牛肉之中，很有规侓的穿插着几根绿青色的青椒，活像是一座有绿由黄的美丽的大山，让人就算是不尝不闻，也十分想吃。
青椒牛柳很好吃，那自然做起来就非常需要技术。而我，尤其喜欢吃妈妈做的青椒牛柳，因为妈妈的厨艺很好。妈妈总是先拿出新鲜的牛肉，然后把牛肉切成一条一条的牛柳，然后在锅里撒上油，把牛柳倒进去，之后，在巴西好的青椒也倒进去，和牛柳一起爆炒，炒的过程中再适当加点水。快炒好了，就再放下豆瓣酱酱油和专门的酱，再炒一下，就出锅了。
怎么样，青椒牛柳是不是很美味？这就是我最喜欢的食物----青椒牛柳，因为它色香味俱全。

那是去年暑假的一天，我生病了，吃什么都觉得索然无味，无精打采地躺在床上。妈妈又刚好出差了，看着我那小可怜样，爸爸是看到眼里急在心里，一个劲地问我想吃什么，反复强调“人是铁，饭是钢”。当时收音机里正在播放美食节目，向听众介绍了一道“蒜蓉炒小青菜”的豫菜，于是我随口说：“想吃蒜蓉炒小青菜。”爸爸听了换了拖鞋就急匆匆去超市了，当时正是三伏天，外面骄阳似火，等他手里提着小青菜回到家里时，头发已经湿成了一绺一绺的，T恤几乎全湿透了。
顾不上休息，爸爸就一头钻进了厨房，接着一阵“哗哗”的水声，我强打精神走了过去，站在厨房门口静静地看着爸爸干活。不一会儿他就洗好了小青菜，娴熟地拿起菜刀开始切菜了，爸爸做饭的刀功比妈妈好，只听见一阵剁刀的声音，小青菜已经切好了一大半。突然爸爸“哎哟”一声停止了切菜，又拿了洗碗布抹住了手指，我赶紧走上去，只见他一脸疼痛的样子，一股鲜红的血液正往外涌出，“爸爸，我不吃炒菜了，快坐下来休息吧。” 我知道一定是爸爸太急于炒菜，想让我早些吃上才切到手指的， “那怎么行？我还指望着这菜给你恢复体力呢。” 说完找来创可贴把手指缠好，又开始不听“劝告”地忙活开了。
只见爸爸先打开灶炉的开关，等锅里的`油烧热了，才把切好的蒜蓉倒入锅中，立刻一股蒜香扑鼻而来，等把蒜茸翻了个身后，“滋啦”，小青菜开始入锅了，看着爸爸忙碌的身影，不知不觉得我的泪水滑落了下来。
爸爸把炒好的小青菜放餐桌上，催促我赶紧尝尝，我拿起筷子夹了一根，“嚓吃嚓吃 ”嚼了起来，不但清脆爽口，而且满口蒜香，真是太好吃了！
这件事情虽然过去了很久，但我还是记忆犹新，不光是这道蒜蓉炒小青菜的口感好，色香味俱全，更重要的是里面有爸爸对我的疼爱！

Hopefully you have a career in the medical field, maybe doing research in genetics. Gwynn will be a computer programmer and you will be doing alright for yourselves.
However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.
