我曾经看到过这样一则新闻：一位9岁的小男孩早上没吃早饭，家长把他送到学校后，他去小卖部买了一包辣条和一根冰棍，吃完后才进教室学习。可刚进教室没过多久，老师就打电话给小男孩的家长，叫他们赶紧接孩子去医院，最后在家休息了好几天才来上学。原来那天他出现了头痛、呕吐、肚子痛的症状。
像辣条这种垃圾食品一般都很便宜，不是五毛钱就是一块钱，那么它们的生产成本肯定很低，卫生状况也得不到保障。还有一些油炸食品，大多数都是用地沟油做的，虽然味道好吃，可里面不知包含了多少毒物质。有些垃圾食品因为违规，只能转入地下生产，卫生环境很差，质量根本得不到保证。
刚上一年级时，妈妈就引导我在网上查看辣条制作的图片，图片中的生产工人没有戴口罩，也不戴一次性手套。有些工人，因为长期工作，手都被食品染料染成了紫色、绿色。
健康的身体源于健康的饮食。我们中小学生正处于身体发育的时期，需要更多的营养。我们就更不应该吃垃圾食品，一定要科学饮食，不挑食，多吃蔬菜，这样才能为不断生长的身体提供充足全面的营养。

Everyone may encounter a scene when he or she wonders what the meaning and purpose of life is. Answers to this question vary from person to person. As for me, I agree with the view that the meaning of life is to discover your gift and the purpose of life is to make the best of it.
On one hand, one's gift could be the source of his inner happiness, providing spiritual impetus and correct orientation. Take the world-renowned Chinese pianist Lang Lang as an example. His gift was noticed before he was 3 years old, which laid the foundation of his glorious life.
