交换所得可以让我们看到自己的不足。当你为自己的一点成就洋洋自得的时候，当你觉得自己已经站在世界最高峰的时候，请静下心来，将自己的所得与别人交换，你就会发现，其实还有比自己更好的方法，看到了自己的不足，我们才会更加努力，相反，如果我们一味的守着自己的东西，不与别人交换，那么我们会像“井底之蛙”一样，永远看不到井口以外的天空。兴盛一时的大清王朝在末期受到了列强的肆意践踏，究其原因，就在于清政府的“闭关锁国”政策。清朝统治者自以为国家地大物博，应有尽有，于是，他们关起门来，整日的做白日梦，幻想着自己的统治世代相传。当列强的大炮轰开了清朝的大门时，他们才惊醒，可是为时已晚，于是在中国的历史上有了屈辱的一页。假如当初清政府能打开国门，将自己的丰富的物产与外国的先进的技术相交换，那么情况就大不一样了。正是由于清政府缺乏了“交换”，他们没有看到自己的不足，没有摆正自己的位置才最终落了一个“任人宰割”的下场。
“交换”意见可以激励我们不断前进。如果你是坐享其成的小人，如果你是只会在别人的成就上评头论足而自己一无所有的俗人，那么，我无话可说，但是，只要你想进步，在交换意见之后，便会看到自己的不足，就会更深入的探究，就会不断前进。著名生物学家沃森和克里克在发现DNA双螺旋结构的过程中，充分到了“交换”给他们带来的方便，他们先后与多位化学家、物理学家交流信息，交换意见、想法，在交流中他们发现了自己设想的错误，然而，就在这一次又一次的发现错误、改正错误的过程中，DNA双螺旋结构就此诞生了，我们看到了他们的成功，更不能忽略“交换”在成功背后的巨大作用，它激励着两位科学家不断探索，深入研究，最终达到了科学的巅峰。
如果你还在将自己的成果遮遮掩掩，如果你还在为目标孤军奋战，请清醒一下，请试着“交换”，只有交换才能让你的成功不再狭隘，只有交换才能让你在更广阔的天空中自由翱翔。

交换可以让我们认识到自己的`不足，从而使我们走向成功。在与别人交换意见和想法时，我们不仅可以获得新的创意，更可以认识到自身存在的不足，从而改正不足，使我们更加完美。1995年的公牛队是一支被看好的夺冠队伍，但却连总决赛都没进，让人大失所望。管理层马上与媒体、球迷、队员之间广泛地交换看法与意见，并认识到了队中存在的许多不足，及时地给以改正与完善，结果是公牛队发生巨大变化，后来连续三年夺冠。而不注重与别人交换的人自然没有机会了解到自身的不足，处于一种自我封闭的状态，总认为自己很不错，别人永远赶不上自己，殊不知那些不足与日渐增长的优越感已形成了一个黑洞，将无知的自己拖向失败的深渊。清王朝一开始不是仗着国势强大不与别国进行任何交换吗？最后国势衰败让列强打得落花流水，被迫打开国门。这就是不与别人交换所导致的后果。不交换、不沟通就无法认识不足，由不足就要落后，落后就要挨打。只有不断地与别人交换意见与想法，不断地认识不足、改正不足，才能走向成功。
总之，当你将目标锁定在成功上时，当你在前进的道路上不断奋斗时，请大胆地与别人交换吧，它可以为你带来新的智慧与力量，可以让你认识到不足，从而使你走向成功。
