“有种豆，真奇怪，土里种，土里长，想吃把它挖出来。”你们猜到了吗？哈哈，它就是我最喜欢的食物——土豆。
土豆又称“马铃薯”、“洋芋”、“山药蛋”。花儿呈白红或紫，它的形状大小不一，有的呈椭圆形，有的像个小圆球，而有的说圆不圆，说长不长，这儿凸起来，那儿凹下去。土豆的形状不美观，颜色更谈不上鲜艳，而且带着泥土看起来真像个“乡巴佬”。土豆的形、色虽不惹人喜欢，但它物美价廉，吃起来又香又甜。
土豆的味道美，它的吃法也很多，可以蒸着吃、烤着吃、炒着吃、煎着吃、炸着吃等，其中我最喜欢的是炸薯条。妈妈经常给我做，首先把土豆洗净去皮，切成均匀的长条条，放清水中洗一下，再将土豆条放盐水中浸泡十分钟，然后开锅在盐水中焯两分钟，捞出晾干，八成油温，炸至金黄变硬。金灿灿的薯条，顿时香气扑鼻，色泽诱人，再蘸上酸酸甜甜的番茄酱，一口咬下去，脆脆的、软软的，美味极了！

我最喜欢的食物是小龙虾，它的来历是这样的：小龙虾本来是入侵物种，它们的繁殖能力很强，
煮熟的龙虾火红火红的，而且香味扑鼻，令人垂涎三尺，一口下去小龙虾好像是在你的舌尖上跳舞一样，令人回味无穷。
吃小龙虾的时候，也要讲究技巧。既不能狼吞虎咽，也不能慢慢吞吞。我是这样吃的：用大拇指“温柔”地戳进小龙虾的天灵盖里，来个华山接顶，去除脏物，“吸溜”，美味可口的虾黄就“滑”到嘴里去啦！然后掰开小龙虾的脊梁骨，里面的精华就乖乖如任我摆布，里边的虾肉Q弹软弱，肥而不腻，但是，我的嘴感觉越来越麻，一照镜子，哎呀！嘴巴都肿得像个红香蕉啦！
小龙虾好吃是好吃，但别多吃，吃多了就容易得痛风。
不过，我还是爱吃小龙虾！
