小时候，在我的'字典里，尊重，是只有大人们才懂得的词语。但是，从那时候起，我就再也不这么认为了……
那时候，我还在读二年级。有一次，小姑姑带我出去参加一个同事的婚礼，因为特别远，所以就要搭很久的公车。我在车上很无聊地玩弄着手指，数着还有多少个站才到达目的地。这时候，上来了两个老人，看起来他们都已经很累很累了，还提着一大袋东西。小姑姑叫我让座位给老人，为了让我明白的更深刻一些，她自己先起身让座给老人，还不断的向我示意。
我很意外地请老人坐下了，也意外的明白了尊重并不是只有大人们才懂得词语，虽然我是小孩，但是我也可以做到尊重老人！
霎那间，从所未有过的喜悦和自豪占满了我整个心房。
“来，孩子，过来，过来奶奶这儿。”老奶奶发话了。我有点害怕，这并不在我的意料之内啊！老师不是说，让座给老人的时候，老人不是应该很慈祥的，说：“这孩子真懂事啊！”要么就是说“谢谢你！”然后我再说：“不客气，这是我应该做的”吗？我有一种好像是一个演员在台上表演着，突然导演改了台词却没有和我说一样，很不知所措。
于是，我把目光投给了小姑姑，向她求救。“没关系的，过去吧！”小姑姑小声的说。那我就豁出去了！我一点一点地走过去，老人用慈善的目光示意我坐在她的腿上。或许是这慈善的目光给我了前进的动力吧！我大胆的向老人走去…….
尊重，是春天里的一丝新绿，是骄阳下的饿一抹浓荫，是初秋的一缕清风，是严冬的一堆篝火。
是不是因为我尊重了老人，所以老人也回报我？让我坐在她腿上?用慈善的目光来感谢我？是的，我想的确是这样的，只要你尊重了别人，别人一样也会尊重你的！
尊重着去面对吧，你会收到人生意外的馈赠！

还有一次，妈妈和我去买衣服，给我买了一件全新黑色T恤，而她自己就买那种旧衣，其实我对那件黑色T恤并不是很喜欢，而是喜欢白色的衣服，妈妈却说：白色的那件料不好，穿在身上不舒服，还是这黑色T恤好，虽然贵一点，但料好，穿着舒服。我说：那你为什么自己买这种衣服，会掉色、穿着很不舒服。妈妈说：“我家里有衣服，这只是买回去穿在家里的”。我对这个理由不是很接受，但又有什么办法呢？我又说不过她。
在一次事情中，妈妈生病了。医生说：营养不良，而且衣服穿这么薄，不发烧才怪，医生说：我现在去开的药，回家要好好调养。
我懂了，妈妈骗我说：“减肥”，这只是在让我多吃点好的`，买衣服，是要给我买好的，而她自己呢？妈妈对我的爱，我终于读懂了……
