其实片子主要是讲述了国内传统的一种模式向另一种模式的转变，看过之后我不的不感叹，互联网的出身虽然很短，但是却超出所有人的预期快速的发展起来，直到今天已经能够充斥现在传承千万年的传统营销。我是一家木门企业的电商人员，我虽然入行时间多接触木门行业比较少，但是我依旧感觉到了木门行业里的转变。从传统的跑市场，到现在的网络销售战，各个木门品牌都在网上打上了推广战，使得原本的木门工行业也开始掀起了一股子的血雨腥风。

所以，我说，成功不可复制，成功需要天时地利人和，就像赫拉克利特说的：人类不可能两次踏进同一条河流。英文为: No man ever steps in the same river twice. 天时地利都过去了，人再一样也不可能。
还有一个品牌快跑，大家为了品牌为了知名度，真是使劲各种高招，有帅哥送花的，有穿恐龙送快递的，有注重客户体验的。但是我感觉这就像烟花，她再炫丽也只能是一瞬间，烟花散尽，最终还是要回归产品和价值上的，烟花有烟花的作用，吸引用户;但是一味注重烟花就有点偏离主题了。这里说的是陈年的凡客和雷军的小米。陈年在节目中说道，在凡客最初成功的时候，大家有点飘飘然了，不注重产品，不关注客户感受，导致凡客的没落。但是现在陈年又回归到注重产品和价值这件事，对我的启发是，人任何时候都不能飘飘然，最终能赢得客户的是真心关注用户感受，产品的价值，能体现用户存在感的产品。保持对老用户的粘性，依靠口碑宣传比任何烧钱的广告都靠谱。小米
电商成本，节目里，各个电商大佬不止一次的说，电商的成本比线下便宜。这个理论我想保留，这一点，我认为有点片面或者夸大，尤其在现在，电商的存活就靠流量，大家为了引流各种广告，各种推广，各种价格战，物流成本、人力成本。我认为也许比线下便宜，但是应该没大佬们说的\'那么多。感觉有水分。
资本之战。最后一集说到了资本，节目最后也说，看似表面的电商大战，其实是背后资本的较量，没有后面的这些资本就没有电商的今天以及未来，在冲***电商的这条道上，据说冤魂很多，貌似央视就提了一点，现实要远比节目描述的残酷。我想YY的是猫狗大战，本人一直比较崇拜马云，感觉马云是玩战略的，每一次出击都是在引领电商的发展。为人也比较仗义正派。像最初布置的支付宝，后来的余额宝，撬动国有大银行的制度优化啊(改革不大可能，国家是不会放权银行完全市场化的，也从来没有什么花边新闻。那个东哥吧，借助奶茶妹炒京东，实在没必要，之前还说人家马云的公关团队污蔑，真相大白之后，马云一个字都没说。京东还把吉祥物改成狗，这明显司马昭之心人皆知之啊。
京东和阿里巴巴背后的资本都很强大，两人对资本的控制也都做的非常智慧，股权比例什么的控制的也比较好。但是我仍然隐隐约约的感觉到，阿里巴巴这边是一个战略接着一个战略，他有试验的有烧钱抢市场的，但是他还有雷打不动肯定赚钱的，就像马云有一大推孩子，有负责挣钱供应家庭消费的，有为了面子抢占市场的，有负责创新开拓未知领域的，而且不树敌，不主动发动战争。而京东那边更像一个庞兹骗局。东哥在节目里说的只是销售额，绝口没提利润。不管你有多大的销售额，最终没有利润来源，或者说你的利润跟你的物流成本中和是负的，总感觉不那么靠谱。再说，京东的孩子屈指可数，马云呢?什么电影、房地产、文化、金融都有参与。肤浅感觉不在一个量级上，刘强东还到处挑起战争，跟当当，跟苏宁，跟国美，你看人家马云，不应战。
依稀还记得去年的6.18电商大战，都是刘强东挑起的，感觉像是在挖坟。马云是谋求生态圈，大家共赢，而刘强东更像是冲***战场的将军，你死我活。真想送东哥一句话:no zuo no die 啊!
商场如战场。鄙人略看过一点孙子兵法，兵法上说：

其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。
段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
连贯性(coherence：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的必要条件。范文中nowadays, on one hand, on the other hand, in one’s opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。
完整性(completeness：以设问句“So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists?”开头，这是平时较少运用的段落写作方式——设问法。“On one hand … …. On the other hand, … ….”是段落写作分类列举法的典型用法。
再次，提纯范文“句子写作”。

2. “… … Tsing Hua University and Peking University and other famous universities … …。”——并列句。并列句是简单的复杂句。但其运用方法并不简单，注意练习并接句的使用，会使句子显的更加饱满。

表“因为”的连词还有since, for, as，如：

此句以我们常用的人称开头，句式简单，我们可以通过把since提前改变句式，如：
