Once there were two mice. They were friends. One mouse lived in the country; the other mouse lived in the city. After many years the Country mouse saw the City mouse; he said, "Do come and see me at my house in the country." So the City mouse went. The City mouse said, "This food is not good, and your house is not good. Why do you live in a hole in the field? You should come and live in the city. You would live in a nice house made of stone. You would have nice food to eat. You must come and see me at my house in the city."
The Country mouse went to the house of the City mouse. It was a very good house. Nice food was set ready for them to eat. But just as they began to eat they heard a great noise. The City mouse cried, " Run! Run! The cat is coming!" They ran away quickly and hid.
After some time they came out. When they came out, the Country mouse said, "I do not like living in the city. I like living in my hole in the field. For it is nicer to be poor and happy, than to be rich and afraid."
从前，有两只老鼠，它们是好朋友。一只老鼠居住在乡村，另一只住在城里。很多年以后，乡下老鼠碰到城里老鼠，它说：“你一定要来我乡下的家看看。”于是，城里老鼠就去了。乡下老鼠领着它到了一块田地上它自己的家里。它把所有最精美食物都找出来给城里老鼠。城里老鼠说：“这东西不好吃，你的.家也不好，你为什么住在田野的地洞里呢?你应该搬到城里去住，你能住上用石头造的漂亮房子，还会吃上美味佳肴，你应该到我城里的家看看。”
乡下老鼠就到城里老鼠的家去。房子十分漂亮，好吃的东西也为他们摆好了。可是正当他们要开始吃的时候，听见很大的一阵响声，城里的老鼠叫喊起来：“快跑!快跑!猫来了!”他们飞快地跑开躲藏起来。
过了一会儿，他们出来了。当他们出来时，乡下老鼠说：“我不喜欢住在城里，我喜欢住在田野我的洞里。因为这样虽然贫穷但是快乐自在，比起虽然富有却要过着提心吊胆的生活来说，要好些。”

当我听到要去恐龙园的这个消息后，高兴地一蹦三尺高，夜里，我辗转反侧，激动得无法入睡。
早晨，和煦的阳光透过树叶，在我小小的肩膀上残留下斑斑驳驳的影子。我们乘着大巴车，一路上，说说笑笑，大家都兴奋极了，大巴车上弥漫着快乐的气息。时间一晃而过，走进恐龙园的大门，我把眼睛瞪得大大的，那一只只张着血盆大口的恐龙，张牙舞爪，摇头摆尾，好像就是从另一个时空穿越而来，活灵活现。
令我印象深刻的是一只大大的火龙，它似披着一身熊熊烈火大步而来，锋利的牙齿，威风凛凛。它的旁边的牌子上写着：它的心脏，血管和触角都有强大魔法，只有巫师才能破解它的魔法。我不禁感叹它的神秘。
今天我真开心，长大以后我一定当上考古学家。

Lion was awakened from sleep by a mouse running over his face.
Rising up in anger, he caught him and was about to kill him, when the mouse piteouslyentreated, saying: "If you would only spare my life, I would be sure to repay your kindness." The lion laughed and let him go.
It happened shortly after this that the lion was caught by some hunters, who bound him by strong ropes to the ground.
The mouse, recognizing his roar, came up, and gnawed the rope with his teeth, and setting him free, exclaimed: "You ridiculed the idea of my ever being able to help you, not expecting to receive from me any repayment of your favour; but now you know that it is possible for even a Mouse to confer benefits on a lion."
Little friends may prove great friends.
一只老鼠从一只狮子面前跑过去，将它从梦中吵醒。
狮子生气地跳起来，捉住老鼠，要弄死它。老鼠哀求说：“只要你肯饶恕我这条小生命，我将来一定会报答你的大恩。”狮子便笑着放了它。
后来狮子被几个猎人捉住，用粗绳捆绑倒在地上。
老鼠听出是狮子的吼声，走来用牙齿咬断绳索，释放了牠，并大声说：“你当时嘲笑我想帮你的忙，而且也不指望我有什么机会报答。但是你现在知道了，就算是小老鼠，也能向狮子效劳的。”
强者不会永远是强者，强者也会有需要弱者帮助的时候。

眼看国庆节就要过去了，想想我这几天快乐的旅游生活非常的激动，也非常的高兴。你知道我去哪里了吗？其实我去的是三亚。
三亚早就以它的漂亮的景色和美好的人文风情而闻名于世界，早就听闻她的美好感情，一直这么美丽的景色，我便想乘车过去，一探她的风情。
到了三亚，这景色果然让我耳目一新，那蓝蓝的天如同一块碧绿的宝石，镶嵌在天地之间，仿若天使一般，在人们闪烁着纯洁的光芒。天空中到处都遍布着美丽的白云，白云朵朵，时而如同牛羊，又时而如同珍珠一般，那白云，所标扶着的是一只只快乐的小鸟，它们在天空中无忧无虑的飞翔，这就如同上下的书信食者一般，将天地和人类的感情疏桐于这一方美好的三亚景色之中。
三亚不同于其他的海洋，他有一个免费的是游泳区。我们来到了这个游泳区，换号了泳装，便开始了漂亮的游泳姿势。刚开始的时候乘着微风，我用的是蛙泳的姿势，但是后来发现蛙泳比较困难，我又换成了仰泳，乘着这美好的景色，看着这漂亮的风光，在沉浸在游泳的世界里甭提多开心了！
三亚是祖国的一颗明珠，祖国的强大更显出了它在世界中美丽的地位，也提升了它的价值，有赖于三亚不仅使人沉醉于这美丽的景色，更使人陶醉于这性身心，宁静的一方净土，是人们的精神价值以及心灵品位都在无形之中得到了莫大的提升。
