读了《和时间赛跑》一文，我真正明白了“所有时间时里的事物，都永远不会回来了”这句话。
作者因为祖母的去世而悲痛万分，但是父亲安慰的一段话中，似懂非懂地明白了“凡事要在时间前面”这个道理，并与时间“赛跑”，以至于每当时光浪费之时都会感到悲伤。最终“和时间赛跑”让他受益无穷，体会到如何珍惜时间。
作者让我联想到了我自己。每次老师布置回家作业，我总不能在学校完成，我想：反正回家后时间多着呢，不必那么抓紧。然而，我却没有想过，把作业在学校完成，回家就可以预习马上要交的新知识，可以巩固以前的知识，也可以阅读课外书，甚至玩一会儿，放松心情。我们时时刻刻在于时间赛跑，但我有时却忽略它。时间一分一秒的流逝，我和时间在跑道上的差距自然越拉越大了。
上帝给每个人的时间都是有限的，一样的，不会因为你浪费时间而给你的多一些。时间虽然看不见摸不着，但是“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”！生命是短暂的，我们要在有限的时间里做更多有意义的事，而不虚度光阴。抓紧一分一秒，在和时间的赛跑上取得胜利，你就能成功！

俗话说“宁抢今天一秒，不等明天一分”。以前我不知道怎样抓紧时间，但是自从我学了《和时间赛跑》之后，我就像变了一个人一样，不再放过一分一秒了。明白了“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”的含义。
曾经，我周五放学回家后，不会抓紧时间写作业，而是玩玩这个，玩玩那个，有时想找个同学出去玩玩，但是也找不到人，原来大家都在家写作业。还有的时候我太无聊，只好去写作业，不过我没有好好写，一会儿吃点东西，一会儿喝点水，时间花了很多，但是什么事都没有做好。

星期五的早上，我们学习了一篇课文《和时间赛跑》，这篇文章的主要内容是：在”我“外祖母去世的时候，我非常伤心，爸爸教育”我“说，”所有时间里的事物，永远都不会回来，你的昨天过去了，你不能再回到昨天。有一次，放学时看到太阳快要落山了，我就对自己说：“我要和太阳赛跑，在太阳下山之前跑回家”。于是“我”不停的往家跑，最后在太阳下山之前我回到了家中。后来，“我”经常玩这种游戏，养成了和时间赛跑的习惯，节约了很多时间。
不只林清玄如此，历史上有许多成功人士小时候的经历也使他们一生受益无穷。如鲁迅、爱因斯坦、牛顿。听说有人鲁迅，你为什么有那么时间看书呢？鲁迅回答说：“因为我把别人喝咖啡的时间用在了学习上。”还有一位名人说，你热爱时间吗？那么别浪费时间。因为时间是够成生命的材料。我听了这些句话，有些惭愧，因为我把别人看书的时间用在了看电视上。

读了这篇课文，我懂得了时间的珍贵，时间一去不复返，我们每个人都要节约时间，用更少的时间做更多的事情。拿我来说吧，我以前看书、写字总浪费时间，别人晚上七点写作业九点就睡觉了，可我总是磨蹭到晚上八点开始写作业十点钟才写完作业，我就比别人多用了一个小时，我以后要改正自己浪费时间的毛病，一回家就写作业，早写作业早完成，然后早早睡觉身体好。
