要从哪儿开始介绍呢?那就应该从我第一次吃小笼包说起。
有一年春节,妈妈带我去豫园观灯。看完灯会,我们便去吃夜宵。妈妈说:“我带你去吃南翔小笼包。”一进门,就发现里面人山人海,我们排队等了好一会儿才轮到了一个座位。妈妈一上来就点了四客小笼包,我奇怪地问:“妈妈,你点那么多吃得完吗?”妈妈露出一脸神秘的样子说:“等一会儿你就知道了。”
不一会儿,服务员端上了四笼小笼包。妈妈掀开盖子,顿时香味扑鼻,一股热气扑面而来。我仔细打量小笼包,一个个白生生,皮薄薄的,里面好象有一包汁水在里面,形状和包子差不多,难怪叫小笼包。我这时肚子正饿得咕咕叫,恨不得将嘴巴变大,把四笼小笼包一口吞下去。我急急忙忙地夹起一个小笼包塞进嘴巴里,可是连味道还没尝到,就急忙吐了出来,原来小笼包很烫。妈妈说:“吃小笼包应该先醮点醋,轻轻咬一个洞,把里面鲜美的汤汁吸干,再吃皮和肉。小笼包的美味精华就在汤汁里。我按照妈妈的方法吃,汤汁鲜、皮薄肉嫩,真是好吃极了。果然,四客小笼包一会儿就让我和妈妈吃完了。

Country Garden and Me
On the way from Panyu City to Shunde City and approaching the conjunction point of both cities, a big advertisement board of the infamous Country Garden will catch your eyes. And on the board, a lovely girl gently holds a little white pigeon.
She looks at everybody with a sweet smile. Who is this girl? Let me tell you later. Country Garden is located at the Beijao town, Shunde City of Guangdong Province. Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.
I like busy, busy city, I prefer quiet, leisurely countryside.
When the weather is fine, walk path in countryside, the distant mountains like the green barrier, isolates the hustle and bustle of the city. 天晴的时候,走在乡村的小路上,远处的峰峦像绿色的屏障,将城市的喧嚣隔离开来。路旁成片的松林威严地挺立,像纪律严明的军队在接受首长的检阅。在阳光的照射下,花儿绽放笑脸,叶子绿得碧眼,蜜蜂忙着采密,蝴蝶翩翩起舞。放牛的娃儿躺在路边的草地上津津有味地看书,不远处两头温顺的牛儿在低头吃草。
农家上空炊烟袅袅,屋后竹林里的孩子们正砍下一截截竹子准备当武器,下地归来的男人叼着烟坐在院子前的竹椅上,静静地看着跑来跑去觅食的鸡群。“吃饭了”,女主人的一声召唤后,大家围坐在炉子边,有滋有味地吃起带皮炖腊猪脚、红辣椒炒大头菜、自制香豆腐、凉拌折儿根。
美丽的乡村景色、宁静的乡村生活就像陶渊明笔下的桃花源,深深地吸引着我。
烩南北这道菜由两种植物做成,现在,让我来给你们介绍这两种植物的`由来吧!
一天清晨,牧民把牛从牛圈里驱赶到草地上让牛儿吃草,一家的女主人在准备早餐,挤着牛奶。一旁的小牛在等着吃早餐。在草原上最珍贵的植物叫做口蘑。晒干后,一斤能卖两千多元,何福志是一个口蘑商人,每天去询问口蘑的收成,“物以稀为贵。”口蘑在这种地方,更显得格外珍贵。口蘑是白颜色的,生长在蘑菇圈里面,只要看见有深绿色的草,就会找到口蘑的踪迹。晴朗的天气口蘑也捉起了迷藏,下一场大雨口蘑就会奇迹般地出现。下雨前,草原上的天空,还是晴空万里。没过多久,乌云就像变魔术似的把太阳这边围起来,慢慢的,太阳被天空的乌云遮住了,只剩下仅存的一点儿亮光,乌云越来越多,太阳渐渐地被笼罩,原来绿色的草地变成了黑色的草地,因为没有太阳,所以天空灰蒙蒙的一片。轰隆隆的声音传来,此起彼伏地响起,雷电交加,狂风大作。不久,便是倾盆大雨,一泻千里。雨过天晴,草原像被洗了一样干净。何福志和他的女儿神采飞扬来蘑菇圈来采蘑菇。采的这些白蘑菇将会运到四百米的张家口。
另一种植物是江南的冬笋,冬笋也被运到张家口这个大城市,这里的厨师把晒***口蘑用热水泡一泡,泡一到两三个小时,麻利地先把泡好的蘑菇下面的脏东西弄掉,再放进干净的清水里搅一搅,搅一千多次,这样里面的脏东西才能清洗干净。冬笋也用热水泡一泡,之后,把口蘑和冬笋一块放进油锅里,接着把之前的口蘑原汤放进去,这样味道才会更鲜美。张家口的人很爱吃这菜。因为口蘑很稀少,所以这道菜很贵。
这道菜是由南方的冬笋和北方的口蘑烩在一块,美其名曰烩。
有一个星期日,我母亲叫我带小弟弟去乡村游历。她吩咐我要好好照料他。
当我们沿着道路行走的\'时候,太阳灿烂地照耀着,微风轻轻地吹着。我们看见美丽的花儿对我们微笑着,并听见鸟儿在树上唱着悦耳的歌曲,风景实十分美丽。
当我们感觉到疲倦的时候,我们就回家了。我们看见母样正在门口等候我们。
过桥米线是云南的风味小吃,我对它是情有独钟,这不,刚上完课妈妈便带我到路边的一家米线馆去吃米线。
店主先随手抓起一把事先准备好的米线,放在漏勺里在开水里烫上2分钟热气腾腾的米线就出锅了。
“来啦!”我兴奋地喊道,一大碗红色的美食端了上来,仔细一看原来是米黄色的汤汁里放着红通通的辣椒油,晶莹透亮的米线上面漂浮嫩绿的香菜,看着让人直流口水。一种浓郁的高汤味带着米线独有的特殊米香味一起钻入了我的鼻孔。我再也无法抵挡这美食的诱惑,赶紧喝上一口汤,顿时感觉身上的每一块肌肉都得到了营养的补充。那汤是用上等的鸡加上大骨熬制而成,再配上银耳、鸡丝、香菜、韭菜、豆芽,还有那香喷喷、白晶晶的米线,组成出一幅美好的味视图。油而不腻,咸而不渴,既浑然一体,又层次分明。我细细地喝着汤品着味,真美味呀!接着,我又用筷子夹起一根米线,米线在灯光的照映下,像玉一般闪亮;我用口吹了吹,再放进嘴里,那米线滑如丝锦,并富有弹性,它从我的舌尖一直滑到我的舌根,那种丝滑的感觉真是无与伦比。我用牙齿轻轻一咬,那感觉像是一根像皮筋,拉得很长,顺势从中剪断,再弹回来,我从未体验过这样的感觉,不一会儿,一碗米线被我狼吞虎咽地吃完了,那味道真令人回味无穷啊!
啊!我爱云南的风味米线!
