和顺古镇位于云南省腾冲县城西南处，因有一条小河绕村而过，所以取名“河顺”，后来又改名为“和顺”。和顺古镇可大了，里面有艾思奇纪念馆、滇缅抗战博物馆、元龙阁、图书馆、文昌宫……
和顺图书馆是中国最大的乡村图书馆之一。一走进图书馆大门，就看见“民智源泉”几个大字，小姨说这是著名数学家熊庆来的题词。我们沿着石梯往上走，依次是大门、中门、花园，然后是图书楼藏珍楼。图书馆内现在藏书7万多册，古籍、珍本1万多册，里面还有胡适、熊庆来等很多文化大家的题字。
参观完图书馆，我们又来到了元龙阁。元龙阁前面有一个好大的水池，池水可干净了，里面有许许多多的鱼：有红的、黑的、白的……它们在水里自由自在的游着，可快乐了！水池的.旁边有一棵大树，像一把大大的伞，为我们遮住了夏日的阳光，让我们感到一阵清凉。妈妈说，这是一棵古树，有500多年的年纪了，已被云南列入了保护名录，我们大家都要保护它、爱护它。
然后我们又参观了百岁坊、大月台、弯楼子等很多景点。每个景点都有它自己的历史文化和特色，让我学到了很多的知识，也更多的了解了云南。这是一次很有意义的旅游！
