这件事是这样的，那天我们在上体育课，我们女生都在投篮，可是每次我投篮都投不进去，这让我十分头痛，祖一知道了就来教我投篮球，祖一先拿着球给我示范动作，可我怎么学也学不会，每次投也还是投不进去，祖一告诉我投球的时候右脚要迈出一小步，双手要握住球，我按着祖一教给我的动作反复练习，有好几次我都想放弃了可是心里觉得还是有一点不甘心，因为如果放弃了练习即辜负了祖一教我的苦心，我的辛苦也白费了，毕竟学了好几节课，以后还得测试，也不能老躲着这项运动啊！于是我又开始练习，经过了好几周的练习我终于投进去了几个球了，我心里感到特别开心，觉得这几周的辛苦没有白费，可是我觉得投进去的次数还是很少，毕竟开学五六周才投进去三四个球，我又开始了坚持练习投篮，经过这几周的努力练习我终于可以一节课投进几个球了，我真为自己感到自豪，也十分感谢祖一在这段时间教会我投篮。
这件事让我刻苦铭心，难以忘怀是因为我和祖一真挚的友情，祖一一遍又一遍的教我，没有任何的不耐烦，而她鼓励我的话，每当我的脑海里闪过“放弃”的时候，耳边就重复着这些话，这件事是我明白了一个道理干什么事情都要有自信，干什么事如果没有自信那什么事都不会做好。

同桌小陈赶紧给他递去小手帕，班长小罗不等老师吩咐就跑去取扫帚来打扫呕吐物，小赵见了也去拿拖把，连平时表现最调皮的小谢也去找桶到洗手间打水来拖地。那边同学们也在老师的安排下扶小何到厕所呕吐，有人打开水给小何漱口……。在大家同心协力的帮助下小何很快就止住了呕吐，教室也打扫干净了，小何激动地说：“谢谢你们”，同学们说：“我们是同班同学，你的事就是我们的事，这是我们应该做的”。
老师也激动地：“同学们，你们今天的表现非常好，你们的互助精神要好好保持下去，现在我们继续上课了”。
