今年暑假，我和爸爸妈妈去了山西，准备攀登那有名的三清山。三清山最高有1800多米，我们乘缆车到了半山腰，然后开始爬山。还走不到10分钟，我已经汗流浃背了，脸上热辣辣的。我们边走边欣赏着两边的景色，路上游人熙来攘往，大概是因为假期的关系，山道上简直有点水泄不通。我们沿着山路一直往上爬，山路两旁都种满了高大翠绿的大树，隔一段路就有一个休息点，设满了石凳，到处是绿树成荫，往下看山间的泉水哗啦哗啦地往外流，真是感觉舒服极了，那漫山遍野都开满了不知名的花，真是一派生机勃勃的景象。
大约20分钟后，我们走到了一个很陡的坡，爸爸关心地问我：“累了吗？需要休息一会儿吗？”，我想：“我一定要一鼓作气到达目的地，不能气馁。”我从背包拿出了饮水喝了两口继续前进。走着走着，我觉得双腿沉重了起来，汗水把衣服都湿透了但看到爸爸妈妈依然在前坚定的走着，我心里也给自己不断的鼓劲“坚持，坚持就 是胜利！”。
两个多小时后，我们才到达了山顶，汗水从我们额角不断地流下来，但我们都笑了。站在山顶，看着山下如诗如画的美景，我们都陶醉了。

在天气晴朗，风和日丽的一天里，我和妈妈、妹妹还有小伙伴以及他的妈妈一起去鼎山公园爬山。
刚上山时我精力充沛，速度很快，可到了又高又陡的地方，便像泄了气的皮球，筋疲力尽，和伙伴找了一个水泥桩休息。“路曼曼其远修兮，吾一坐兮不想起”水泥桩上的我，仿佛是干渴的人遇到了清澈的泉水，沉溺于水中久久不肯起来，要是没有朋友提醒，也许我不完全恢复体力不会走。如获新生的我一路狂奔，追上了将我甩在后面的我的妈妈、妹妹、阿姨。就这样，我顺利到达山顶。
山顶上空气清新，风景秀丽，我情不自禁想起了李白的著名诗句：“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小。”休息片刻，我们便踏上了上山的路途。
下山时，由于坡度较大，路途较远，下山时的速度很快了，也轻松了一些，但是难控制，我和朋友比赛，看谁最先到达半山腰。我迈大步子，再尽量用脚后跟着地，以减少脚板的疼痛，我顺理成章成为了冠军。在半山腰的运动场锻炼，直到天色渐晚……

今天，妈妈带我去爬山。
首先映入眼帘的是一座大门，上面写着——麒麟山。走进大门，看到了几头驴身上有两个桶，里面装满了石子和沙子，驴就一边吃草一边上山。忽然，发现走在最后的驴，脚受伤了。心里想：“为什么不想想驴的感受，脚都受伤了，为什么要让它载东西向山顶走呢？都不让它休息一下，这真是太残忍了。如果我是那个人，一定会把它的脚先包扎一下，然后让它休息一下，再让它上山！”走上石梯，爬山之旅就开始了。

第一：爬山。
焦山焦山，顾名思义，肯定会有山爬。家里爬山就是我了。不是说吹的，我曾爬过天柱山主峰一个落脚点也没停过。老妈最怕爬山了，于是买了一碗凉粉坐了下来。我只好和爸爸爬山了。下来后，我拿起一瓶可乐就灌。(因为上山时我没带水咕嘟咕嘟……
第二：玩水上步行球。
这是一项在水上的运动，老爸刚刚买好票，就轮到我玩了。工作人员先让我进去，然后在里面充气。要是我没把耳朵捂住，我的耳朵可能就失灵了。刚下水，我就栽了个大跟头。我想先稳定住再说，没想到又摔了个四脚朝天。我心急如焚，对着四壁就爬，好不容易不动了，我才站了起来。可还不到一秒钟，照样跌了下来。我怒火中烧了，使用癞蛤蟆功拼命站了起来。刚在洋洋得意，时间就到了。
