你们好！
我是xx省邯郸市丛台区回车巷小学五年级一班的一名学生，我叫王涣宇。今天，我想在此对你们说几句话。请你们不要再抽烟了，你们明明知道抽烟有害健康，为什么还要知错犯错呢？我相信你们一定能戒掉那个可怕的东西的，我爸爸就是个很好的例子。
记得有一次，我们全家人坐在一块聊天，我爸爸又像往常一样，从衣服口袋里掏出了一支烟，划着了火柴正准备点。妈妈看见了，气愤的说：“还抽！还抽！要呛死人了！”说着，我好像从妈妈的眼里看到了一团燃烧的烈火。我接过妈妈的话说：“爸爸，你不怕中毒？烟里有尼古丁、焦油等20多种有害物质，这些物质进入人体，不仅能引发多种呼吸系统疾病，还有可能会引发肺癌。爸爸，你不想活大岁数了吗？”妈妈紧接着又说：“你要是有志气就把烟戒了吧！”我目不转睛地望着我那不知悔改的爸爸，说：“为了您和家人的幸福，您就下决心戒了吧！我的好爸爸！”
我看的出爸爸的内心做了好多次斗争，有时看到他苦恼的.样子，我还真有点心软了。不过，爸爸显然经不住我们的严格要求，只好宣布“无条件投降”。“好，好，我戒，我戒！”说完，猛的一下，把烟掐灭在烟灰缸里。
我们全家欣喜若狂，爸爸非常有志气，他戒掉了那可恶的东西，不再成为“抽烟族”里的一名成员！
在此，我想提醒“抽烟族”的男男女女，给我们一个美好的环境，还我们一个健康的身体吧！请你们戒掉那危害人类的香烟吧！
