每人都有幻想，比如说我也有幻想，我幻想过我长大以后是一位让人尊敬的人，而不是什么乱七八糟的小混混，幻想也只是幻想，幻想如你不现实也只如吹泡泡，幻想与现实当中有很远很远的差距，幻想你可以闭起眼睛做做梦，但是要让梦变现实很难很难，要毅力，恒心。
从幻想就想到了实干，实干是让你把你想的梦想实现，比如说：你要考前三名，那你就要努力的实现，因为幻想是成功的第一步，实干是第二步，如果你说我去干什么事，我一定去做，但一定要坚持到底，实干从幻想开始，你要做一位科学家，那你做成了，那你就做成功，你看看人家名人多好说到做到，我们也要想到做到，实干就是这样。
成功就是你所实现的，实现的就是你所把幻想变实干变成功，这就是你所表现出来的，你看看把幻想变成你所做到的，你实现的事就是你打造出来的，比如，你在路边把一片好地变成了一家超市那你一定被人羡慕。
最终，我们就得出了一个重要理论，首先要有幻想，再加上自己的实干，或者一个团队的实干，历经一段艰苦岁月，终取成功的旗帜。

1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

庄子说：“吾生也有涯，而知也无涯。”意思是：人的生命是有限的，而知识却是无限的。学海是没有边际的，没有止境的.。我们一辈子要学的，实在太多太多。学海无边，只有靠自己用刻苦作舟，才能到达知识的彼岸。学习怎样才能学好？知识怎样才能掌握？读书的路径怎样才能被发现？只有勤奋好学，刻苦钻研的人才可以，只有发奋立志的人才可以。
知识就像无影无踪的风，就像川流不息的河流，就像无处不在的空气。就算是知识渊博的孔子也有不懂的时候，就算是一件毫不起眼的小事也可以悟出一些人生的哲理。不要因为一些困难就阻挡了你通往彼岸的桥梁。世界上有许多名人，知识的大坑很深，但都离不开一个“勤”字。难道我们不可以吗？坚持，勤奋，刻苦你就可以，你就可以成为小才子，小才女。
所以，我们要“发奋识遍天下字，立志读尽人间书，”将历史悠久的中华传统文化传承下去，成为有理想，有才***社会主义接班人，成为利国利民的栋梁人才。
