??惠券的陷阱优惠券的陷阱现在，在各大商场超市，都流行使用优惠券，尤其是逢年过节，商家会利用各种手段来促使消费者使用优惠券，并且规定在特定时间内使用，否则视为无效，商家会用各种优惠券的漏洞来赚取消费者的钱。在今年国庆长假期间，我选择了在xxx购物中心，做了一个优惠券使用的调查。在购物中心最显眼的地方，挂着一个很大的牌子，上面写着：“国庆购物大促销，买200送50，买300送100，买400送200，买得越多送的越多，大家快来抢购吧！”我在想：商家怎么会做出这样的亏本买卖，后来一打听，原来送的不是现金，是优惠券，而且规定只能在国庆七天内使用，这看上去消费者占便宜的买卖其实有很多陷阱。
我们来到了卖衣服的地方，看见一对老年夫妇拿着几张优惠券在挑选衣服，他们拿走了两件衣服去收银台交钱，然后把优惠券给了收银员，另外又交了50元，收银员又给了他们一张优惠券，我想：这样不停地买和送，消费者不停的利用手中的优惠券购物，商家会赚多少钱呀！后来，我们又来到了另外一家不搞活动的商场，与之前搞活动的商店相比，明显人气小了许多，但是同样的商品在这里缺更便宜，对于这些商品的价格，我列了一张表格：表1.两家购物中心不同商品的对比商品商品价格耐克鞋乔丹鞋花帽使用优惠券商店600元400元200元不使用优惠券商店500元320元98元表面上我们使用优惠券会抵消一大部分钱，其实在不断的.循环买卖当中，顾客为了不浪费手中的优惠券，会不断的在指定的地方购买商品，商家正是利用了顾客的这种投机心理，赚了个盆盈钵满。我们再来看看现在市场上很流行的蟹券，蟹券，顾名思义，可以兑换大闸蟹的优惠券。国庆长假，爸爸的公司发了几张蟹券，如图1所示，可以到指定地点取大闸蟹，考虑到家里已经有几只大闸蟹，妈妈说可以把优惠券卖给专门回收礼品的，也就是黄牛，原价588一张的蟹券，卖给黄牛只拿到300元，就是5～6折，黄牛再将这些优惠券以7～8折卖给需要的人，赚取其中的差价，这似乎没有什么不妥，双方各取所需，我们顺利的拿到了现金，而黄牛也拿到了优惠券，赚到了钱。
图1.国庆蟹券就在我们高高兴兴的换取现金时，有一个想法突然出现在我的脑海中，使我百思不得其解：如果黄牛不能将这些优惠券卖出去，那他们不就亏本了吗？既然亏本，那他们为什么还收取优惠券呢。正当我苦苦思考的时候，妈妈的一句话提醒了我，使我茅塞顿开，黄牛手中的优惠券卖不掉，可以返还给发行这些优惠券的厂商，他们有专门回收优惠券的部门，当然返还回去的价格就更低了，大概是原价的3～4折，这是一个很简单的经济数学问题，由厂商发行优惠券，优惠券在市场上自由流通，最后优惠券再回到厂商那去，这看似没有什么问题，所有交易都没有欺诈行为，买卖交换的双方各取所需，但是你再仔细想想，这里面存在着很大的陷阱。下面由我给大家详细剖析里面的陷阱。我们假定蟹商以平均500元的面值发行蟹券xx张，蟹券全部卖了出去，但是约50%（1000张）持有蟹券的人想将手中的优惠券低价（约为原价5～6折，即250～300元）转卖，中间经过黄牛的一道程序，黄牛再将优惠券以原价的7～8折卖给需要的人，假定黄牛真正卖出去的优惠券约为原来的70%（700张），还剩约300张优惠券将以2～3折的价格返还给厂商，我们再考虑一下，如果厂商规定在特定时间内到指定的地点领取大闸蟹，那么必然有人因为各种原因而不能按时按点领取到大闸蟹，这个比例约为总数的5%～6%，即100～120张，这样一算下来，除了中间黄牛赚取差价以外，发行蟹券的厂商其实是最大的赢家，因为厂商光发行蟹券，利用蟹券在市场上流通的漏洞，在不卖出一只大闸蟹的情况下就可以赚取巨大的利润。
你或许还不明白其中的猫腻，我们再分别来算一下黄牛和厂商光发行蟹券而不卖出一只大闸蟹的情况下赚到的钱，这样你就可以一目了然：黄牛收购1000张优惠券，以2折的差价卖出700张，再以亏本2折的差价返还300张给厂商，最后盈利：发行蟹券的厂商发行xx张优惠券，以原价的2～3折回收300张优惠券，因各种原因报销100张优惠券，最后盈利：对比一下，我们可以看出，黄牛只买卖优惠券就可从中盈利4万元，而厂商光发行优惠券却不卖出一只大闸蟹就可以盈利17万元，这还是在我们只发行xx张优惠券的保守估计下，如果一个厂商发行几万张甚至十几万张，再将大闸蟹分成不同的档次，你想象一下他们会凭空赚多少钱，“空手套白狼”或许就是这样子吧。在如今经济高速发展的社会形势下，我们作为消费者一定要维护自己的利益，有句话叫“无奸不商”，这句话虽然不完全正确，但是我们一定要保持清醒的头脑，不能被商家的一些宣传手段诱惑，看似很占便宜的优惠券，其实里面有太多的陷阱！南京游府西街

We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.
I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.
The trip to Yunnan impressed me GREatly. I will never forget it.
