今天我参加了一节特殊的党员培训，这次老师也坐在课桌间与我们共同学习学习。课堂上我们观看了《雷锋的微笑》这部影片。电影里讲述了雷锋叔叔从一名普通战士成长为全国人民共同学习的榜样的历程，展示了他“热爱生活、自强不息、艰苦奋斗、助人为乐”的精神。整部电影没有太多花哨的修饰，真实的还原了雷锋简单朴素却又不平凡的一生，带给我很多的感思和无限的感动，所以当闪烁的银幕彻底暗下来时，我的思绪却仍停留在那个人的笑容上。
雷锋，一个全心全意为人民服务的人。当年的雷锋同志为人民服务的情景，每一天都在不断上演着。每个人的心里都有那一份为人民服务的思想，只是有些人去挖掘它，有些人没有挖掘它而已。
其实我一直在想对雷锋来说，忠于革命忠于党可就是他存在的意义？为人民服务可就是他生命的价值？答案是肯定的。他的身上有着信念的能量，有着博爱的胸怀，有着忘我的精神，有着进取的锐气，有着我们中华民族几千年来的优秀精神品质啊！
看着影片中的身影，我不禁自惭形秽。作为一名大学生的我，作为一个有着黑眼睛、黄皮肤的我，作为一个身上流着中华民族滚滚热血的我，是否能做到呢？我是否竭尽所能帮助了我身边所需要帮助的人呢？我又是否将“帮助他人”成为一种习惯？或许，是有的；或许，也是没有的。
如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地？如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一份黑暗？如果你是一粒粮食，你是否哺育了有用的'生命？如果你是一颗最小的螺丝钉，你是否永远坚守在你生活的岗位上？
每一次想起雷锋，就想起这一段话。有多少人在回首往事的时候， 为自己碌碌无为而悔恨，为曾经虚度年华而悲哀。有多少人能像雷锋一样，永远的那么富有爱心，永远的那么真诚善良，永远像一颗小小的螺丝钉？ 虽说帮助别人的人，他们不求回报。可受到帮助的人，心中不能不想回报啊！为雷锋哭泣，哭的是那些把“滴水恩，涌泉报”的道理都忘记的冷漠灵魂！忘记了雷锋，忘记了帮助你的人，忘记了感恩，如同一颗心被冰封雪藏，这样的人生，还有什么意义？
我心目中的理想社会，并不是每一个人都具有雷锋同志那样无私奉献的精神，而是每一个人做到为别人提供举手之劳的帮助，我们微不足道的帮助可以帮助别人解决大问题，这不是能用价值衡量的。。学雷锋，文明礼仪从我做起！让雷锋精神伴着一代又一代人成长！
