香醇的白酒在我们生活中并不陌生，无论是在宴席还是在聚会中都少不了它的影子。大家都知道白酒是由稻谷制成的，那你们又知道那些金黄的稻谷是如何脱下外衣，蜕变为飘香四溢的白酒呢？下面就跟着我一起去参观一下“信州酒业”吧！
一下车，映入眼帘的是“信州酒业”四个鲜红的大字，下面刻着的是他们奋斗的目标：“让上饶人民喝到真正的.粮食酒”。两旁分别矗立着一头威武的石狮。透明的玻璃柜里陈列着一罐又一罐棕色的酒坛，罐口盖着红布，显得无比气派。
走进酒厂厂房，厂房的墙壁上画着酿造酒的工序。第一步：制取，把稻谷、小麦等食材进行发酵；第二步：浸粮，将发酵好的粮食浸泡；第三步：拌料，让发酵更加充分；第四步：摊晾，去除多余的水分；第五步：入窖发酵；最后是起窖和蒸馏，这些工序完成后才能制成真正的白酒。
酒厂负责人将我们带进白酒贮藏区，制好的酒要存入这容量达两吨的铁圆柱里进行存放，里面时间最长的酒达4年呢！经过几年的搁置，原来透明的白酒已变得浑黄，它又要经过至少两次以上的过滤，再装瓶出售。
装瓶区里有很多工作人员，每人拿着一把塑料质地的小锤子，它是用来装盖子和检验瓶子的质量，如果把盖子放到瓶口上一锤，瓶子裂了，这瓶“坏”酒会被放在一张专门为它摆的桌子上，等到全部装完，再把这些“坏”酒重新加工。而那些合格的酒则被放入包装盒，上钉，最后装钉成箱，售卖到各个渠道，最后流进我们的家庭生活，真没想到，这小小的一瓶酒，竟要经历这么多工序！
香醇的白酒是古代劳动人民的智慧结晶，正是有了这些为中国传统工艺而奋斗的人，才让人民喝到真正的粮食酒！向每个用心工作的劳动者致敬！
