Dear leaders and fellow students,
Everybody is good!
It is my great honor to stand here and participate in the election of the monitor. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to you for your support. First of all, I would like to introduce myself to you: my name is tao league. As a freshman at the university, I am one of the leaders of the department of health.
As a child, my father once said to me: do things with your feet on the ground and do them one step at a time. Therefore, I went from a middle school student to the first year of the university to enter this sacred place, I deeply feel the opportunity is hard-won, need to cherish. It is this power that makes me feel confident when I stand here.
Of course, it is not enough to have confidence, but also to have certain ability. From childhood, I will not be able to plan activities independently. I will never come to the meeting, from bad to good, and I will complete each work with confidence and modesty.
In middle school, I served as monitor and President of the student union. I often look at our class cadres from the perspective of my classmates. Talk with your classmates on Saturdays and Sundays. 今天，站在这里，唯一的目的是为了竞选班里的“元首”——班长，我相信凭我的勇气和才干，一定能够胜任。
首先，让我来说一说我为什么要竞选班长，因为，我深深的知道班长是老师和同学们之间的桥梁，及时的向老师反应同学们的'合理化建议，向同学们传达老师的思想和意图，对班级的管理和建设极其重要。而我相信自己在任何情况下都能做到。想同学们之所想，及同学们之所急。坚持原则，明辨是非，绝不摆“官架子”做一个“平民班长”。并且还会在当班长的过程中改掉自己的小毛病，给同学们做个好榜样。
现在，我再说一说我当班长对班级有什么益处。
首先，我在班级的的学习成绩比较优秀，因此我会在课余时间带领同学们一起学习，放学后，我还会在黑板上出几道奥数题，提高同学们的独立思考能力。
其次，我的语言表达能力和应变能力较强，老师不在的时候一定会处理好各种突发事件，将矛盾化解，使损失减少到最低限度。
再次，我有“爱读书”的好习惯，我会在中午选出一段时间，带领同学们一起读书，并在周五的时候开展“读书汇报会”，增加同学们的读书兴趣。
下面，我再说一说我当上班长后的打算。
先是用合理的管理方法，管理好班里的纪律和卫生，给同学们提供一个良好的学习环境。
接下来，我会根据同学们的特长，办几个学习小组，激发同学们的学习兴趣，提高学习成绩。
最后，在上一次的基础上开展“一帮一”活动。让学习成绩好的同学带动学习差的同学，这样，不但会提高学习差的学生的成绩，还会使学习好的同学的知识掌握的更加牢固。各得其所，一举两得。何乐而不为呢？
相信我吧！同学们，我会用行动告诉你，你的选择是对的。

首选报名，同学们都参加了竞选。“我叫西瓜。”“我叫菠萝。”我连忙站起来说;“我叫蜜桃。”“我叫……”。然后老师给我们发了张字条，以“假如我是班长”写一段话。老师说：：“只有八分钟的时间，快点写”同学们都埋着头不停地写，只害怕时间不够，被落选。老师又说到“只有三分钟了，抓紧时间。”同学们更是抓紧时间拼命的写，恨不得连手带脚一起上。“时间到!”老师拖着呛说。
下一个环节是最有趣的，同学们坐得很端正。“请1号张西瓜上台演讲!”大家好，我叫西瓜，很荣幸参加这次竞选。假如我是班长……。。请大家给我神圣的一票。“不知不觉，演讲已进行了一半，下边就该轮到我了。我慢慢地走上讲台，作了好几次深呼吸，才让自己平静下来。我激动地说：“老师，同学，大家好，今天我演讲的题目是《假如我是班长》。假如我是班长，我会让同学们又一个良好的'学习环境;假如我是班长，我会尽最大努力让大家满意;假如我是……请大家投给宝贵的一票。’’当我演讲完时。下面掌声不断，我自豪地走下了台。
下面是投票，同学们把自己心中人为的班长的代号写在了纸上，交给了老师。老师让三个同学上台读票数。最后，老师在黑板上写了公告，我被评为副班长，我的心情久久不能平静，就像大海上的波涛一样。记者招待会也十分的精彩。
“竞选班长”在同学们的欢笑中结束了，我恨不得把这可喜可贺的消息马上告诉妈妈。

我叫做林骏豪，今天我第一次站在讲台上演讲，而第一次演讲就是竞选班长，此时此刻我很激动，也很紧张。班长是一个许多同学向往的职位，需要一个有能力有爱心的人来担当，我相信我有这个能力。我在一二三四年级都没有当过班长，大家是不是继续给我这个机会呢？让我童年的里留下为全班同学服务的无比美好的回忆吧！我热情开朗、热爱集体、团结同学、拥有爱心。我的缺点是爱玩游戏，不爱听别人对我的劝告，在未来的日子里，我将改掉这些毛病。
假如我竞选成功当上班长，我将用旺盛的精力、清醒的头脑来做好这项工作，我将举办一系列活动如朗诵，当然还有很多我就不多说了。我想我们都应该当个实干家，不需要那些美丽的词汇来修饰。假如我落选了，说明我还有许多缺点，我将继续自我完善。
工作锻炼了我，生活造就了我。戴尔卡耐基说过“不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就应该认为自己有资格提任这个或那个职务”。
