一年一度的.教师节来了，当看到同学们花父母的钱去给老师送花表达心意的时候，我却想用一篇文章来感激这么些年来对我谆谆教诲的老师。
夜深了，只有您的窗口还亮着灯，天亮了，只有您起的是最早的。从青春年华到白发苍苍，是您在默默的无私奉献。您就是太阳下最光辉的职业，人类灵魂的工程师——老师！
您把学校当做家园；把讲台当做舞台，把学生当做孩子。当父母把幼小的我们送进学校里，您用汗水哺育了我们这些刚刚出土的嫩苗，给了我们一次人生的洗礼。我天生很瘦，又挑食。中午我在学校吃饭，有一次恰好是我的班主任王老师值班，他看见我盘子里剩了很多菜，却把鸡腿都吃完了，知道了我是挑食，于是坐在我身边和我攀谈起来：“你是不是不爱吃菜啊？是不是喜欢吃鸡腿啊？”我不好意思的点了点头。老师又说：“把老师的这根也吃了吧，老师不爱吃鸡腿。”我知道老师是很爱吃鸡腿的，但我再三推辞，老师有偏让我吃，我只好吃下了。在我吃下那根鸡腿的瞬间，我尝到了什么叫爱。从那以后，我变的不再挑食了。
有人说，老师是天上最亮的北斗星，为我们指明了前进的方向；有人说，老师是山间最清凉的山泉，用清香的甘露汁浇灌着我们这些小树苗；有人说，老师是茂盛的叶子，用他那强有力的身躯和护着我们这些未来的花骨朵儿。
您就像一支红烛，燃烧了自己，却把我们迷茫的人生道路照亮了。您给了我们智慧；给了我们知识；给了我们理想；给了我们成功。您把我们培育成了参天大树，把我们培育成了在天空翱翔的雄鹰。

首先要热爱生活、热爱英语、热爱学生，在自己的心中时常蓄积着犹如岩浆般的滚烫的情，让每一个学生心底里沉淀的情发酵、释放。在平时的交流中，老师要让学生感觉到我们同他们的关系十分重要。老师也许是喜欢学生的，但可能所作所为却恰恰相反，如推迟上下课，不重视学生的时间；提供的材料不是太简单就是太难，不能针对学生的实际能力；不提供相互交往或讨论的机会，无视学生的想法；不考虑学生的安排、问题或担忧，表现出对学生漠不关心；不按时上班或抽空去看学生，不尊重学生的需求，尤其是他们课外的个人需求；无节制的幽默或使用嘲讽的语句等。看不起学生或是使他们难为情可能使学生产生强烈的痛苦，摧毁自信，酝酿敌视。当然我们热爱学生，就要在我们的行为中清清楚楚地表露出来；热爱学生包括对他们的需求和兴趣爱好的欣赏。这密切关系到我们了解学生如何学和他们需要什么帮助，以便去鼓励这种学习，也包括我们将其当作学习者直接或间接的鼓励。在课堂上就反映在我们自发的行为和对班上成员持续不断的敏感程度之中。

高中英语作文教师节【五】
作为一个教育工作者，很多的教学理念、教学手段、教学方法都需要及时更新，学习新知以加强自身教学能力显得非常重要。名师工作室为我们精心选择了《给英语教师的101条建议》这本书，此书对我而言就是一场及时雨，让许多平时教学中困惑的问题以及急需解决的问题都得到很好的解答，让自己增加一些实际的操作经验，为今后的教学工作导航。
短短三周，对101条建议还来不及细细品读和消化吸收。粗略翻阅全书，挑选了部分急需学习的方面认真拜读，受益匪浅。其中第四章第83条：如何理解和落实情感态度目标给了我最为深刻的印象。
看到这里的时候，我的思绪回到了几年前的一节公开课。因为有教研室领导和外校教师观摩，所以我提前准备，反复打磨，整节课下来感觉还算得心应手，在满心欢喜的听了前面几位老师教科书式的夸赞后，以为会完美谢幕。这时，最后一位点评老师在肯定之后说了一句：如果再把这节课的情感教育融入进去就完美了。当时我心里一震，是呀，这不就是我课前反复修改却总觉得缺少点什么的地方吗？
相信在许多教师的印象里，英语教学与思想教育似乎没有多大的联系。它只是传授语言知识，教师只需要讲清楚重、难点，学生只需会模仿，掌握，运用语言知识，会利用所学习的知识进行考试应答，获取优异的成绩就可以了。层次要求更高点，会用所学习的知识与他人用英语进行沟通和交流就是许多教师和学生的最高要求。但是，在这个物质迅速膨胀，信息日益多元的经济社会，中学生由于其身心发育规律的影响，往往会受到外界的不良思想风气的侵蚀。
作为一名英语教师，有责任和义务去通过英语学科的特点，向学生渗透思想教育。在教学实践中，我们深深的感受到：英语学科不仅和其他学科一样可以进行思想教育，而且，在某种程度上，它通过东西方文化思想、意识形态的碰撞，给学生所展现的是一个世界性的视角，因此可以说它的影响比其他学科更深远更广泛。在教学中对学生进行恰当而充分的思想教育不仅可以使学生学到基本的语言知识，提高学生的学习成绩，而且能够增进学生与他人之间的交往与交流，学会做人，学会做事。
所以在那之后，我尝试着使用故事对学生进行思想教育，用生活用语对学生进行思想教育。在学校学习中，学生通常会遇到各种各样的问题，抓住机会利用生活细节对学生进行教育，不仅可以是学生记住学习内容，也会使学生深受教育。比如：当有学生对学习产生厌倦的时候，我会说“Come on！/Keep moving！；当学生有畏难情绪的时候，我会说“Just have a try！”或者“Nothing is impossible！”这些日常用语通俗易懂，学生易于接受。同时，我还会使用视频影像、图片、幻灯片这些直观和简洁的多媒体手段对学生进行思想教育。有时候，我也会播放一些英美音乐。一方面，让学生们感受英美文化的风格；另一方面，这些英语歌曲语言精练，蕴涵了许多有意义的道理。
在教学中，教师要善于挖掘英语教材的思想性，强化感染力，对学生进行有针对性的思想教育，要有意识地向学生渗透热爱自然、热爱生活的思想，引导他们爱国爱乡，珍惜亲情，关爱他人，长大后奉献社会。这就要求我们老师在备课时，要认真钻研教材，细心挖掘教材中的思想教育因素。其实，在英语课堂中的思想教育无处不在，只要教师肯做一个“育人”的有心人，就能发掘到更多更好的思想教育方面的好办法，思想教育这一环节就不再是轻描淡写，无足轻重。
101条建议，使我的心情不再浮躁，思路不再狭窄，我也会用更多的闲暇时间去仔细读完里面的每一条，并将这些理论转化为实践，逐步运用到自己的教学中去。作为老师，我不但要了解我们现实中的教育，更需要了解书本中的教育。只有这样，我的课堂才会更加智慧，教学才会更加和谐。
