奖励自己，难道就一定要有成就、有贡献、有欣慰么？不一定，事实上，就在日常生活中，我们经常奖励着自己，让自己保持着心情的舒畅。
考完试，放下了繁重的学习包袱，向着天空哪怕是天花板狂吼一阵，再用100米冲刺般的速度跑下楼，在篮球场上挥汗如雨。这件事情，只要是有点激情的男生，在每一次小考之后都会这么***。我们已经习以为常，却不知，就在篮球场上奔跑之时，我们便在奖励着自己。不信？看看吧。
我们在篮球场上奔跑着，所说出的每一句话都带有笑意，难道这个时候，我们还不开心吗？队友传球给我们，代表着队友对我们的信任，我们做出的一次成功防守，有着场边球员的喝彩。难道在此时，我们的心灵还无法感到一次欣慰么？当我们投出球清脆的坠入篮网之时，那清脆的声音，不正如一道清凉的雨丝渗透我们的心灵，给我们带来难以形容的快乐么？把这些和于一体，心灵在考试的过度紧张过后迎来了一次愉悦的放松，这难道不是我们赐予心灵的奖励么？
做完繁重的功课，如释重负地打开电脑，与网友展开你死我亡地血拼。在网络游戏中的我们拿着自己的心爱的`枪，对着自己在现实生活中的好友甚至是老师，一阵狂扫，似乎是不把对方扫成筛子誓不罢休。有人说，90后因为这些血腥暴力的游戏而自甘堕落。但是，我们在这些打打******的虚拟生活中找到了发泄的场所，找到了好心情的加油站，找到了倾诉生活中的种种怨言的地域。(我们在数学海洋中游完泳，在文学的激浪中漂完流，便来到虚拟世界的帆船上玩转地球。于是，我们获得了新的活力，我们得到了心的安慰，我们发现了莘莘学子的乐趣。此时此刻，我们的心灵就像在广阔的森林中做着深呼吸，轻松自然，爽快美丽。这如果不是我们词语心灵的奖励，又是什么？

早上八点准时出发，我心里异常兴奋。我们到了那后，在大厅里胡老师开始分组，首先给每人都发了腕牌，我们几个男生飞奔跑向换衣间，换好泳裤直奔室内温泉池。那里的面积非常大，而且还有游泳馆和我们男孩子最喜欢的“水枪”，有好多有趣刺激的'东西。
我们先去了一个可以玩“冲浪”的池子，我上去的时候非常害怕，因为那个滑梯非常高，还有两股非常有力的水流。当我看到另一个滑梯上一个女生从容地滑下去，我才鼓足勇气滑了下来。太刺激了！我又去了有“机关”的地方玩，比如我游着泳的时候到了岸边，不小心触到了“机关”，就会有一股很有力的水流把我冲进池子中央。
玩了一会儿我们又到了“亲亲鱼疗”馆，听里面的阿姨说这种小鱼叫七星鱼，属于热带鱼。这些小鱼主要是以我们人身上的老皮、细菌和毛孔排泄物当食物的，帮我们把身体上的坏东西去掉，从而达到保护肌肤的目的。这小小的鱼儿真是太了不起了。
室外还有好多好多的温泉池。六仙池、五福池、叠泉池、芦荟池、薄荷池，还有养生的药疗池，比如人参池、灵芝池、当归池等等太多的泉池，有时间你也亲身来体验一下吧。

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

这天，弟弟跑来我家玩，我把他带入房间。随后对他说：“睿睿，姐姐来跟你做个游戏，好不好？”“好！”弟弟满怀期待地说。“很好！我们玩的游戏名为‘两分钟的体验’。游戏规则是在两分钟内做同一件事，做两次。如果你能从这个游戏中获得感悟并说出来，姐姐就奖励你一个冰淇淋。可要是你不能说出感悟，那可就没有冰淇淋喽！”弟弟满怀自信地说：“我有信心完成姐姐交给我的任务！”“好，现在我要你做仰卧起坐，坚持两分钟！”“没问题！”弟弟说完便做起来。可是还不到30秒，弟弟便快撑不住了，我对他说：“想想诱人的冰淇淋哦！”他一听，马上坚持到了两分钟，只是停下来时已经气喘吁吁，汗流浃背了。我接着说：“下面的一件事是：任你随便玩两分钟！”“不是吧，姐姐，我真的没听错吧？”“当然！”“好！那我就不客气了！”说着便蹦蹦跳跳地玩起来。两分钟后，我高喊：“停！说说你的总结吧！”他小声地说：“做仰卧起坐的时间很长；玩的'时间很短。”“嗯，不错。但能不能说得更详细一些呢？”“好吧。前者感觉比两分钟过得还要长，后者感觉比两分钟过得要短。这就是人在某一定义上对两分钟的概念。感兴趣的事时间似乎过得很快，不感兴趣的事时间似乎过不完，好像会终止，会停留！但是如果把学习当作一件感兴趣的事，那么生活便不再会枯燥乏味，反而学了还想再学；反之，如果对学习没有兴趣，那么学习便怎样都学不好。更让我明白了时间的珍贵！”“你真棒！说得很详细，很透彻！不愧是我的弟弟，名字都没起错，果真睿智！姐姐决定，不仅要奖励你一个冰淇淋，还要带你去游乐场玩，怎么样？”“姐姐万岁！”
