来到云龙湖，你一定会不禁惊叹：“云龙湖真美啊！”远望，云龙湖水就像一面明镜，天水一色，浩瀚无边。走到湖旁，乍看，湖水犹如一潭诱人的陈酒，静静的，清盈盈的；细看，又宛如一块无瑕的翡翠，亮亮的，碧绿碧绿的。那一只只小舟，荡漾在这明净的云龙湖上。船桨激起的微波，荡起一圈圈漪涟，湖面犹如一面起皱的缎子，阳光一照，又好似满湖碎金。粉的，白的，一朵朵美丽纯洁的荷花装饰着这碧玉般的湖面。
湖中那一条条鱼，大的在忙着找食，小的则正在追逐嬉戏。岸边几株柔柳，像正在梳妆的少女，照着云龙湖这面明净的镜子。她们把秀美的长发垂到水面，轻轻梳洗。太阳公公抚摸着五颜六色的野花，青草们挺直了身子，鸟儿们唱着优美动听的歌。水清澈见底，它倒映着旁边的云龙山和高空的白云，把湖光山色融为晶莹的\'一体。
云龙湖旁的云龙山像一把巨剑刺向青天。山上不仅有清秀挺拔的绿树，还有幽香醉人的野花。云龙山还是鸟的天堂，黄莺、画眉、灰喜鹊……都住在这儿，真是鸟语花香。 站在云龙山顶，向下俯视，整个云龙湖映入眼帘：乍看，阳光洒在碧波万倾的湖面上，闪闪发光；细看，接近你视线的地方鳞光闪闪，像有千万条银鱼在游动，而远处则平展如镜。岸边的垂钓者，只剩下了一星墨点。
青山依着碧水，绿水映着苍山，再加上岸边的柔柳，山间的野花，配成了一幅绚丽多彩的山水画。
我爱你，云龙湖和云龙山，更爱我可爱的家乡。
