某集团一位资深人力资源道出了真机：其实，做好一份工作，最重要的是用心去做，也就是要有一个端正的态度。就像艾莫老是在加拿大考驾照所经历的那样，加拿大交通法规定外籍人士在本国开车必须通过加拿大本国的驾照。作为在国内游四年驾龄的熟练车手，他对这个政策不屑一顾，认为是一种歧视政策，对教练的反复叮嘱也当做耳旁风，结果即使是经过了一番学习，考取了驾照，也出了不少事故，还撞坏了两台车，一台凯美瑞，一部宝马。
我这里想说的是能力很重要，专业很重要，因为那是我们之所以在这个职位上的基本条件。但是，专业能力都很强的员工未必就是企业离不开的mvp，就像原子弹能释放出巨大的能量，它却是不定性的，却是破坏性，毁灭性的。能力强的人不一定就是最有价值的员工，他必须有一个正确的思想作指导，那就是端正的工作态度。
古代圣贤孔子有句话叫：“取乎其上，得乎其中，取乎其中，得乎其下，取乎其下，无所得矣。”我们做工作也是一样，走程序很简单，做到位不容易。孔夫子这句话就是要告诉我们，我们要得到100%的结果，必须付出120%的努力。也就是工作不厌其细，只有不断追求完美，才会趋近于完美。因为我们做事出了受主观因素制约，还会受到客观因素的影响，比如我们欲开发一个新客户，出了完善我们自身的服务，还要比竞争对手更快一步，更真诚一点。我们设计一幢大楼，不能说我们能让它结构承载力刚好不倒，必须有很强的抗击外来自然灾害的富余量，比如说抗12级台风，8级地震，这个富余量在建筑学叫做“冗余度”，只有这个冗余度足够，我们住在里面才能安全可靠。我们尽可能把工作做到位，看似“冗余”，实则牢靠，那么，我要问各位，这个“冗余”我们要不要做呢？
态度很重要，我讲一下如何端正工作的态度。
端正态度，出了我们良好的职业素养，我认为，非常重要的一点就是一定要意识到自己的工作很重要。做销售没有前期准备工作，等于没带武器上战场，所以后勤人员很重要，没有会计，公司的\'收入支出无法得到合理的分配，有可能销售人员为公司赚了很多钱，结果发现，最终企业一直在亏损，因此管理人员很重要，人力资源等等很重要。
很多时候我们工作做项目离不开团队合作，每个企业都讲究团队精神。其实所谓的团结，是一种被要求的形式，是被动的，个人推崇的是主动配合。在管理者下达任务后，具体实施工作中，肯定会有不同的分歧，进而因意见不同会产生工作的纰漏。作为一个有端正工作态度的员工，他是团队是的粘合剂，502，她不仅很好的完成本职工作，还会修复同事工作的纰漏，而不是急于跟同事划清界限，表明与此事我无关。
企业就像一个人体系统，只要手脚大脑，五脏六腑各司其职，人才能健康快乐的创造价值，只有我们企业各部门端正态度，各就其位，企业才能健康高效的运转，毕竟，一个部门生了病，痛的是整个企业啊。
最后我用一句老套而又实在的一句话结束：态度引领正确方向，态度决定一切，最有价值的员工一定是态度端正而又坚定的员工。
