我们今天在翁老师家吃饺子和包饺子，翁老师让我们10钟开始包，再吃我们就开始了！
我们就在长桌上开始做了，阿婆把垛好肉和豆腐干放在一起就成了饺子馅了，我们先把饺子皮拿在手上，有水在饺子皮的边缘沾一点点水，在拿起筷子把馅先放进饺子皮里再把饺子皮的上端这几下，就做好了一个饺子，可是我觉得做一个不够，他（她）们有的做了三个有人做了五个、六个，做得靠快，我也要加油了！我为自己加油。
开始包第二个了，我认认真真、一丝不苟的.包好了第二个了，没过多久，我也能跟别人一样包五、六个了，我的心里开心极了！我在嘴边数三、四、五......九、十我做的好快，就最后一个了被我拿到了，我做完了，洗完手后，就写作业，没过多久，香喷喷的饺子在我的眼前出现了，我见不了直拿口水，就像水龙头停水时一滴、二滴、三滴，终于可以吃了！
我们先拿期凳子坐下，一碗一碗的饺子就在我们眼前的正前方，先拿起酱油倒下去，再拿起醋，就更美味了，我吃第一口说：“好吃。”我就津津有味的吃起来，一吃就两三碗，他们也要，就这样吃饺子和包饺子就这样结束了。

一个饺子勉勉强强地包好了，虽然卖相不好看，但也是我的第一个劳动成果。我并没有打退堂鼓，又和妈妈包了起来。妈妈包的饺子非常饱满，像打了胜仗的大将军，样子很好看，可我包的饺子似乎没上战场就趴下了。这次，我一屁股坐在椅子上不干了，妈妈说：“我来教你。”在妈妈的指导下，我越包越好，妈妈直夸我是个聪明伶俐的孩子。不一会儿我就包了好几个饺子。这下，我包的饺子就像一个个大元宝。
吃着自己包的饺子真甜，真香啊。

First you make the dough by mixing water into the flour. The container shculd be big enough lest the flour and water will overflow. Press the dough with your hands till it is not sticky. When the dough is ready, leave it there for use later, then go on to make the fillings.
The second step is to mince the meat, mushrooms and shnmps till they are mixed in a paste. Add some spice such as ginger and onion and stir them evenly.
The third step is to make the wrappings. Roll the dough with a round stick into small round pieces of wrappings, each two inches in diameter.
The fourth step is to put the filling in the middle of a wrapping. Then press the wrapping tight and a jiaozi is ready. When you have made enough Jiaozi, the next step is to boil them.
That is the last step. Put a pot of water on the stove. When the water is boiling, put the Jiaozi one by one into the water and cover the pot. When steam comes out, add more cold water and when it boils again add cold water a second time. When you see the Jiaozi floating in boiling water, you can put them in bowls or plates, get the chopsticks and be ready to eat.

煮饺子是最后的一步，锅中放上水，搁在炉灶上烧，水开时，一个一个地把饺子放入开水中，盖上锅盖。水冒气时，要加些冷水;水开时，再加第2次冷水。当饺子漂浮上来时，盛入碗中，准备好碗筷，即可食用。

The final step is boiling the dumplings. At this time, all people are waiting for the dumplings. For us, it’s the best New Year’s Eve dinner.

Country Garden and Me
On the way from Panyu City to Shunde City and approaching the conjunction point of both cities, a big advertisement board of the infamous Country Garden will catch your eyes. And on the board, a lovely girl gently holds a little white pigeon.
She looks at everybody with a sweet smile. Who is this girl? Let me tell you later. Country Garden is located at the Beijao town, Shunde City of Guangdong Province. Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.
