记得市里第一次组织观看《全家福》演出时，该剧就让我动容，除了温情，更多的是对廉洁从政、清廉做人的反思。在3月中旬筹备教育系统党风廉政建设工作会议期间，我就提议在适当时候邀请《全家福》剧组来平为我市教育系统广大教职员工进行专场演出。虽多方联系，但因档期原因，未能成行。得知市纪委将组织《全家福》剧组来我市进行巡回演出时，我们积极响应，认真筹划。时值6月，全市高招、中招工作的关键时期，我们努力克服自身困难，合理调整时间安排，做好宣传搞好动员，确保了《全家福》教育专场演出的圆满成功。
该剧把主人公蜕变的原因归结于个人、家庭和社会三个层面，诚然，社会的风气、家庭的影响，确实可以改变一个人，但内因还是在自身，是起决定作用的。因此，治理腐坏更需要从“主观入手”，筑牢“不想腐”的思想堤坝。加强对党员干部的教育，是市教育局党委高度重视，并严格落实的`一项重点工作。我局的廉政谈话制度自规范实施以来，已累计谈话1000余人次，其中不乏县区教育部门和局属单位的负责人。时常拉拉袖子、提提醒在我局已成“常态”，成为班子成员、科室负责人的自觉行动。近日，市委印发了“纪挺法前”《实施办法》，该办法的出台就是要求我们党员干部尤其是领导干部抓自身、练内功，讲纪律、守规矩，防止由违纪行为演变成违法行为。局机关的学习贯彻活动正在有序开展，局党委及机关、二级机构各支部已分别进行了集中学习。
下一步，市教育局将以系统内《全家福》系列活动的深入开展、“纪挺法前”《实施办法》的学习贯彻为契机，扎实做好党风廉政建设和反腐各项工作，努力营造风清气正育人环境，推动全局整体工作再上一个新台阶。
