我觉得自己做得比较好的地方是：
1、在管班级钥匙上，做得不错，尽心尽责了。两个月以来，不论是刮风下雨，还是烈日炎炎，每天都会记得带钥匙去学校，按时给同学们开教室门。
2、在班级管理上，我也有出力。早读时，同学们不大声读书，为了调动他们的积极性，我以“奖罚制”来约制他们。“罚”就是：早读时不读书、写作业、讲话的.同学，只要被值日班干部抓到了，名字被记到黑板上，就要扣一分。但是，只要在下早读课前认真读书，名字就可以擦掉，也就不用被扣分了。“奖”就是：在早读课上认真读书的同学，被值日班干部表扬后，就可以加一分，并且每天只有五个名额。因为如果不限制每天五个名额的话，同学们就不会有竞争感，奖分的事也就不太会放在心上了。
我觉得自己做得比较差的地方是：
1、作为班长的我，应该是品学兼优的，可是月考时排名并没有进年级前二十名，没有给同学们做好榜样，这是我的一大失职。
2、在管理大组长上不够细心，有些地方没有教到位。例如扫地，不够迅速，拖拖拉拉，并且扫把也没有摆放整齐，凌乱不堪。
我会好好利用这后半个学期，发扬自己的优点，改善自己的缺点。认真学好每一科，并且做到认真看题、仔细审题、细心检题，争取在时拿到年级前二十的好成绩。在管理班级上也会多下点功夫，努力让我们班变得更好，更优秀！
