今天早上,我和爸爸妈妈一起去爬长城.一开始没什么难的,不就是爬楼梯吗有什么大不了的!我们爬着爬着就爬不动了,看来还是满难的,我要吸取教训,不知道底下还会遇到什么样的困难呢.我往底下一看,哇,一座座山,还有远处的树林,好美丽啊!我觉得长城有点陡,走一点陡一点,我们就这样一点一点的.走,走了半天,好不容易到了妈妈说要爬的终点,我想再往上爬一点,爬到真正的终点..

可惜爸爸不肯,\"再往上爬时间就来不及了,抓紧时间\".我们在上面休息了几分钟,就往下走.从上往下走感觉刚才还要难,头有点晕,每往下走一步都好像掉下去的感觉.妈妈说她的腿发转,直打哆嗦.我心时好怕,扶着栏杆,一步一步往下走,走下长城竟然比爬长城还要难,终于我们下了长城,我长长的呼了口气.

今天给了我一个锻炼的机会,让我的胆子更大了.

We ate seafood like shrimps and craps, and drank some abalone soup.We all didn\'t want to go home because the scenery was so beautiful, and there were so many other exciting things to try,but sadly it was time for us to go.
