我觉得导演是个怀疑主义者，自己也没有答案，所以拍了这样一个“纪实”电影。导演在电影中并没批判的倾向，只是赤裸裸地展现这些人的人性，善恶没有绝对，代表正义的英美不过是***人犯，代表邪恶的极端分子也会帮助平民。
屠***平民的极端分子会卸下武装去救小女孩，宠爱孙女的将军为了完成任务选择牺牲与孙女年龄相仿的女孩，无人机驾驶员为了自己的良心违抗命令，上校为了实施攻击不择手段，美国人因为不用承担责任只想得到自己想要的结果，还对英国人一顿嘲讽。最讽刺的就是这群政客，正是因为他们推卸责任贻误时机才让小女孩走到了爆炸范围内，却一转脸就站上了道德高地，不得不让人觉得这样是在寓意苦难都是由这些政客造成的。
电影中拥有上帝视角的军方与政客似乎并没有资格去决定别人的生死，电影外拥有上帝视角的观众似乎也没有资格评价电影中角色的选择？评论区里拥有上帝视角的我似乎也没有资格否定观众评论的资格？没有人可以成为上帝，存在就是存在，没有合不合理。
也许这是个讲哲学的电影。

在一次军事活动中，执行者们面临着一个八十条姓名和一条性命的抉择，明眼人一下就可以做出抉择，然而这东西却不能摆到台面上。因为人们所看到的只有死掉的一个人，却看不到活着的八十个人。
在一系列的讨论之后，最终导演还是安排了小女孩的死亡。或许电影想告诉我们的是，死亡无可避免，犹豫毫无作用。故事中，若是决策者能够更加果断，那么这个小女孩就可能不必要死。然而在拖拖拉拉中，事态仿佛变得越来越严重。
如果早点做出决定，那么这个小女孩就不会在那个地方卖饼。而己方特工也不必要冒着风险去卖饼，导致自己陷入危机。这个逃走的特工或许已经是一个幸运儿，如果此人被击***或者逮捕，那么电影的戏剧效果可能更伤上一层楼。
不过该男子在最后让小男孩前去买饼，其实是很冒险的，因为导弹的发射时间他并不了解，万一刚好遇到导弹，岂不平添一条无辜的性命。这种东西叫做巧合。这种具备现实意义的电影应该尽量减少这种巧合性的东西，因为这种东西缺乏说服意义，我们不能用巧合来作为佐证。淹死的人，不应该成为人们不下水的理由。特技人员在走钢丝，那是他们常年锻炼的结果，我们也不能去模仿。
站在上帝的视角，那么繁琐的司法程序需要为此次小女孩死亡事件承担主要责任，但他们肯定丝毫不会受到影响。黑人侦探员则也需要为小男孩的可能性生命危险负责。巧合让他的行为没有造成恶劣效果，但绝对不能敷衍了事。
最后想说下流眼泪的女官员，她做了一个错判的判断，执行任务的军官并不是为了保住自己的乌纱帽而进行此次活动，相反，此次活动可能让他丢掉自己的乌纱帽。

刚到天津市区，远远的望去，摩天轮像一个大圆盘，一动也不动的悬挂在半空中。当我走近看时，摩天轮就像巨无霸一样高耸入云，她是世界上唯一一座建在跨河大桥上面的摩天轮，直径有110米，最高处达12８米，周边悬挂了许多观光舱。
经过一个多小时的等待，终于轮到我们了，我迫不及待地冲进观光舱，随着她的缓缓转动，高度越来越高，整个市区尽收眼底，望下一看，一排排汽车像蚂蚁一样在挪动，海河像一条蓝色的丝带在摆动，抬头一望，一朵白云轻轻飘过来，我想触摸她，她却害羞地溜走了，于是，我想走了那句诗：“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的.奇妙感觉。
雄伟的“天津之眼”摩天轮，让我流连忘返，下次有机会来天津，我还想光临她。
