在我成长的道路上，父亲就像一盏灯，当黑暗来临时，当我无助时，当我失败时，他总是给我以温暖的光。
父亲是一个忙碌的人，为了撑起整个儿家，为了使母亲与我能过上好日子，他每天不知疲倦地工作着，因为在他眼里，我们就是他所有的希望和温馨的港湾。
我对父亲印象最深的，便是他那布满皱纹的脸和那一双长满老茧的手。
小时候不懂事，不能明白为什么别人的爸爸都显得年轻，而我的爸爸却显得老呢?长大懂事后，才明白那都是让我累的。所以现在，每当忆起小时候对父亲的埋怨和不理解，心底那股酸劲儿。便不知怎的就涌向心头。
拿起与父亲的合照，回忆起小时候的一件件事。泪，不由自主地流了出来。
“爸爸，你怎么才来接我啊，你看别的小朋友都走了，讨厌，让我等这么长时间。”我刁蛮地责问着父亲。“对不起，孩子，爸爸来晚了，因为刚才……”父亲忙停下自行车解释。“讨厌，我以后不要你接了。”我还没等父亲说完，便哭着打断了他的话。父亲望着我，把刚要解释的话收了回去，只缓缓蹲下身子对我说：“孩子，爸爸下次不会再来晚了。”说完用他那双长满老茧的手把我抱上自行车，推着车子走了很久很久……
