在一个和风日丽的上午，爸爸妈妈要我去医院，因为我的鼻子每天晚上都要流血，爸爸妈妈很担心，就带我去现代耳鼻喉医院检查。到了医院，我们先挂号，然后主治医生就叫我躺在床上，用棉花签沾了一点儿药，把棉花塞进鼻孔里，把鼻孔里的血清洗干净，接着医生手里拿着镊子和像电棒的小棍子走来，我担心地想：难道要拿电棒来电我鼻子？顿时心里忐忑不安。医生通过头上戴的电光镜，看清我的鼻孔，然后把那个电棒伸进我的鼻孔里，鼻孔里的鼻毛清楚显示在电脑上，医生推断是鼻孔里的血管破了，果真在电脑上显示了一个小洞。医生说：“这个要做手术才好得了。”爸爸肯定说：“必须得做。”妈妈也点头表示同意。我被吓得手脚冰冷，我想：天哪，要做手术呀，我可重来没做过手术，手术会痛吗？会影响我的五官吗……一连串的问题冒了出来，没事的.时候，我继续往后想。爸爸妈妈带我去抽血，针一扎进我的手指，在哎哟一声叫嚷中，鲜红的血从手指头上流出，我忍不住哇哇大哭，但妈妈安慰我要坚强。医生问：“什么时候做手术。”妈妈说：“就今天。”我喊着说：“妈，不要不要，我还没做好心理准备。”妈妈直拽我去手术室门口，但只有做手术的人才能进去。我想：除了医生和我，没有第三个人。这让我感到孤独寂寞和恐惧。手术时，房里很安静，一根针掉到地上都能听见，感到阴深深的，心里害怕。我紧闭眼睛，躺在手术床上，心怦怦地跳。我想：怎么办，万一手术失败了呢？……医生跟我打了麻药，手术时感觉不痛，我闻到了一股糊臭味，手术很快完成了，真没想到，这么快就结束了。回到家里，没过几天，我的鼻腔就好了。
第一次鼻腔手术，让我懂得了：要坚强，要勇敢，只有坚强才能战胜害怕和恐惧。

刚过完十周岁的生日，我和父母就搭上了去北京的那列火车。火车在轨道上行驶着，在我的脑海里不停地想象做手术的情景。我想着、想着，不知不觉就睡着了……
每个中国人梦寐以求的地方就是我们的首都——北京，今天我终于到了那，心里无比的激动！而我却又忐忑不安，因为我来北京的目的是为了做手术。
到了医院，办好了住院手续，进行了手术前的各项检查。我顾不上欣赏这座园林医院的美丽景色，就倒在病床上呼呼大睡，好在明天以饱满的精神迎接我那准备了十年之久的手术。
因为我是第一例手术，第二天一大早，护士阿姨就帮我做好了手术前的各项准备。在此之前，爸爸妈妈就利用网络和电话与医院进行了多次接触，对手术过程的艰苦和病人所受的痛苦我已有心理准备。但是在去手术室的路上，我的脚步很沉重，心里害怕极了，不知道五个小时的手术该如何度过。
躺在手术台上，麻醉医生首先在我的脚上输液，然后拿着一根冒着浓浓白雾的有茶杯口那么粗的白色塑料管，直对着我的嘴巴喷来。我很好奇，不知道会有什么事将要来临。想着想着，不知道在什么时候就睡着了……不知道睡了多久，醒来时已经躺在观察室了，护士阿姨正笑眯眯的看着我，原来做手术的.五个小时已经在我的睡梦中悄悄过去了。此时，感觉巨大的疼痛从耳部和右胸肋部传来，伴着胸闷、喘不过气来，啊！真让我难以忍受！终于，护士阿姨喊我的爸爸妈妈接我回病房了。爸爸妈妈看到我手术后痛苦的模样感到又难过又欣慰。难过的是，看我痛苦的样子，他们哗哗地流下了眼泪；欣慰的是，我终于挺过了这次巨大的“灾难”。
回到了病房，开始输液，一瓶接着一瓶。躺在病床上，丝毫也不能动，一动就钻心地疼痛，痛的无法入睡。在手术后的第三天，“狠心的”的医生就让我下床走动。在爸爸妈妈的鼓励和帮助下，经过半个小时的努力，我终于从床上站到了地上。爸妈搀扶着我，使我感觉自己幸福得象个公主。还没走十米，疼痛使我叫喊着要回到病床上……再以后，每天都这样坚持下床走路，终于，我可以象正常人那样走路了！医生通知我可以出院了。要出院了！我的心突然轻松了许多。
经过这次刻骨铭心的住院经历，我感觉自己长大了许多，自信了许多。这么大的磨难我都经历了，还有什么困难不能克服呢！还有什么险阻挡得住我呢！我坚信，在以后的学习和生活中，我会更胜一筹！

从小到大，妈妈一直做家务太辛苦，我觉得我该长大，可以帮妈妈分担一些辛苦。所以，我特别喜欢做一些力所能及的家务。

我先用一块湿毛巾擦窗户，我左擦，右擦，上擦，下擦，可还是擦不干净，我灵机一动，用洗衣粉不就行吗？于是我用洗衣粉的水把毛巾浸湿，又开始擦起来，果然不出我所料，真的比原来干净许多，可是上面我总觉的还有几道白色的条纹，我又用一块干毛巾擦起来，经过一番努力，窗户变得又干净又明亮，终于擦完。
然后，我再用一块含有洗衣粉水的湿毛巾去擦桌子，我原以为桌子上没上面脏东西，可使劲一擦，却有一处很难擦的油渍，我左思右想，就是想不出对付它的方法。突然，我又想气洗洁精，我挤一点，涂在清洁球上，用力擦几下，咦？油渍真得不见，我擦完桌子，又急急忙忙地去拖地。
