您好！
我是您孩子的数学老师，我接这两个班（一、五和一、六班）已有2个多月时间，对这106个孩子已经基本了解。我从孩子的作业和点滴进步中，能深切地感受到家长们对孩子数学学习的关心。因为孩子都是刚升入小学，很多地方都需要家长的配合，在这里我衷心感谢家长们对孩子学习上给予的帮助。为了更好的帮助孩子学习，趁此机会，和各位家长做个简单的交流。
刚开学的时候，就有一些家长给我打电话，询问孩子上课表现怎么样？并且都会说：“如果孩子上课不认真听讲，你就严厉的批评他”。还有些家长在练习册上写到：老师的一句话很有分量，希望老师多和孩子沟通。从你们的关切的话语当中我能理解你们的心情，我在开学前几节课的时候就制定了数学课堂规矩，并且每节课都要求的非常严格，学生坐不好，做小动作，说话都是不允许的，因为这肯定会影响他们的听课，请各位家长放心！
首先，通过这两个多月的观察，我发现大部分孩子还是非常听话的，课堂上能按照我的要求去做，也有一部分孩子的习惯不是太好，比如爱做小动作，喜欢小声说话，但在我的多次沟通和鼓励下这些孩子也有了很大的进步。
比如一五班的卢璐璐和任镇岩同学在课堂纪律方面进步很大。值得一提的是刘孟乐同学，刚开学前几天她总爱说话，我就跟她沟通了好几次，我发现这个女孩很有号召力，敢说，敢管！于是，我就选她当我的数学课代表，效果很明显，孩子不但上课不说话了，有时还帮老师维持纪律，各方面都越来越出色，现在还是一五班的班委呢！
一六班的李染鋆同学进步也很大！刚开学，孩子上课从来不抬头，一直在下面玩，课上批评他也没用。后来我就和他交流发现孩子很聪明，并且家长也告诉我孩子很喜欢数学。渐渐的，孩子上课也举手了，不但回答问题声音响亮而且逻辑思维能力强，并且第一单元数学测试还得了100分。孩子，老师希望你能做的更好！
还有几个孩子进步的也很快。像一五班的席霖青和一六班的李梓涵同学，刚开始上课都是站着，甚至乱走动，现在孩子一节课基本能安安静静的坐到那，如果注意力能集中一节课那就更好了！一五班的`宋怡藩和王晓睿两个孩子特听话，就是不够积极，不过现在也能经常看到他们举起的小手，我的心里别提有多开心。
我相信这和家长的努力都是分不开的，只有负责任的家长才能教育出优秀的孩子！在家长和老师的共同的努力下，我相信孩子们的习惯会越来越好！
其次，数学课已经把10以内的加减法学完。在孩子平时的作业中我发现有些孩子的口算题仍然会出错。口算是学习数学的基础，上次家长会我已经强调，每天回家必须做口算练习。
比如：
1、基础练习 直接写得数：1+5= 10- 5=
2、提高练习 括号里填数：1+（）=6 （）- 5=5
可以说，一直到小学毕业试卷，第一题都是口算。所以一定要重视对孩子口算能力的培养。我在学校会让孩子们练习，在家里也希望家长抽时间让孩子们多练练。
目前为止，有一种题孩子出错的比较多，就是《可爱的企鹅》一课中出现的大括号和问号。有些孩子遇到这种题不知道是用加法解决还是用减法解决？这个我在课堂已经多次强调。
加法：已知一部分数和另一部分数，求总数。
减法：已知总数和其中一部分数，求另一部分数。
举个例子：
列式：9- 3=6
这种类型的题，还有个别孩子会列成3+6=9，或者9-6=3这样的算式，都是没理解加减法的意义。但是通过课上多次强化练习，绝大多数孩子已经掌握。毕竟课堂时间有限，希望家长多找些这种类型的题让孩子加强练习。
最后，我觉得使孩子更上一层楼的方法是我们的沟通。我这点做的不是很好，平时的确太忙，很少与家长联系。我知道，我们的联系沟通可以让我更加了解孩子的性格，也可以使您更了解孩子在学校的学习情况，不但增强了我们之间的沟通和信任，对孩子各方面的发展都有很好的作用。在以后，我会在这方面大大改进，做到勤沟通，勤联系。
在以后的日子里，我会勤勤恳恳的工作，让您放心的把孩子交给我，这才是我最大的心愿！
