介绍世界奇观的英文作文【一】
博山被人们称为是风景名胜区，特别是自然景观独具特色。那里山清水秀，是游览观光的最佳去处。
今天，我参观了北国第一洞天——博山溶洞。
博山溶洞已开发进深1600米，是中国华北地区罕见的大型石灰岩洞穴系统。洞中各类化学沉积物，诸如钟乳石，石笋，石花，石幔等琳琅满目，姿态万千，不啻为一座地下宫殿，实不愧“北国第一洞天”之称。洞内再加之在本地流传已久的一些古老神奇的传说，古古今今，珠联璧合，洞里碧水潺缓，构成了一座别具特色的风景以她独特的景色吸引着中外游客。
博山溶洞形成已有6700多年，全长1600米，大概有被多米之高，洞内蜿蜒崎岖，又窄又宽，窄的地方一个人斜着身体才能通过，一不小心就会磕着头。宽的地方则像个大厅，可以容纳四五被人开会不成问题。洞内常年恒温16度，步入深洞是14度.
站在洞外抬头望，山高大陡峭，气势磅礴。洞口仿佛就是桥洞一般，比较宽，大约有三米。
洞内景观容你大饱眼福。有“灵山金塔”拔地而起；有“擎天柱”直冲云霄；有像黄河汹涌澎湃的“百丈黄滔”哗哗流淌有大片珊瑚林呈现在你眼前：还有一块巨大的石头，真像我们山东半岛呀！旁边还有一个洞，在这里上下有百米高。嘿，你们看，
那儿多么像是从悬崖顶上泻落的瀑布，这使我自然想到了唐代大诗人李白所写的“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”的气势。这时我忽然听到雷鸣般的轰响。突然，一块小小的响石出现在大家眼前，我们一拥而上，都敲了敲这位“天生的音乐家”，那声音时大时小，时高时低，像一位穿着晚礼服的姑娘，弹奏着美妙的音乐。
随后的我们又看到了水晶宫——孙悟空活灵活现，鸳鸯楼，灵石飞声，金龟背子，太白醉酒，霹天电闪，乌龙潭，临溪听琴，天阶步云，金鸡报晓，雄鹰展翅等。最奇怪的是，有一块石笋上有八个年轮的`痕迹，这就说明这块石笋已有800年的历史。我们还走了九曲桥，在旁边还有观音菩萨，锦带垂花......
博山溶洞气势磅礴，风景优美，吸引了众多游客踊跃观瞻，无不领首称赞。洞内石笋，石钟乳景象万千，奇幻迷离，莫穷其源，真是钟灵造化，神斧天工。
博山溶洞的奇观不愧被人们称为“北国第一洞天”呀！

When I first saw 'The Truman Show' I came out of the theatre amazed. This is your first clue that you are watching something different from your normal Jim Carrey movie. I love the dialogue, camera shot, performances, direction, music, and running time of this movie. There is nothing I would do to change it. I came away from 'The Truman Show' feeling inspired which is the goal of good filmmaking Jim Carrey was outstanding as Truman, underplaying him, not making him too comic or too dramatic, but giving true sincerity when asked. He deserved an Oscar nomination. Ed Harris has always been a good actor, but in this movie he's a great actor. He plays Christof with such arrogance and bullheadedness that you don't know whether he's helping or destroying Truman. He and the director, Peter Weir, deserved their Oscar nods.
Weir, who directed the great 'Witness', uses different camera angles to make you feel like you're actually watching 'The Truman Show' and not a movie. He ends it before you get tired of the concept and helped Carrey and Harris give immaculate performances. Andrew Niccol script is a real star in the movie too because of it's inventiveness and ingenuity. Overall, 'The Truman Show' is what I like to call a true American classic.

This is my first time to participate in the practice activity of Haidu little reporter. When my mother told me that the activity content was to learn first aid knowledge, I began to look forward to it.
When I came to the auditorium, I saw the theme of the activity at a glance: everyone learns first aid and first aid is for everyone. After a while, the activity began, "lets invite Dr. Zhang from the emergency department of Jinjiang hospital!" as soon as the voice fell, a male doctor wearing white divination walked on the stage and explained in detail "what should you do if someone suddenly faints in front of you?"
Dr. Zhang told us that cardiopulmonary resuscitation should first observe the environment and confirm the surrounding safety before rescue. I pricked up my little ears and listened attentively for fear of missing any link. Dr. Zhangs explanation was not only professional but also interesting. I firmly remember every step of cardiopulmonary resuscitation he said.
After listening to the explanation, its natural to experience it. All the students are eager to try and hold their hands high. I especially want to try, but its a pity that only two students are lucky to complete the practice.
Todays activity is very meaningful. I not only learned the first aid knowledge that can "save lives", but also gained a lot of laughter. In this happy atmosphere of "learning by playing, learning by playing", I absorbed more knowledge. I think if I meet someone who suddenly faints in the future, I will "save" them with the first aid knowledge I learned today.
