做最受学生欢迎的老师，相信是所有老师的理想，暑假里有幸拜读了这本——《做最受学生欢迎的老师》成就梦想的书，感触万千，受益颇多，更是感到自己作为一名人民教师需要修炼的不足之处甚多。特别是书中的一个个实例更是让我受益匪浅，我深深地感到要想成为一名受学生欢迎的老师，不仅仅要成为知识的传授者，更重要的是要做好学生人格的塑造者，以及不断提升自己的专业素养。
俗话说：亲其师，信其道。取决于自己是一个怎样的人，修炼为人师的个人魅力，那会像磁铁一样牢牢地吸引学生。老师的外在形象并不一定要漂亮，但必须是阳光的，或者是从容优雅的，洋溢着学者的气韵，学生则会自然而然受其吸引和感染。我们应该树立高大形象，塑造崇高品格，同时要注意和蔼可亲，平易近人，善于同学生沟通，做学生的良师益友，同时适时恰当的掌握批评艺术，塑造和睦融洽的师生关系。两年多年里我发现学生往往是因为喜欢老师，再接受老师所提供的教育。
学生很注重对老师的整体感觉，如果他们喜欢某个老师，就会对这个老师所给予的教育产生很强的接纳感，并带着良好的情绪来理解老师的语言，接受老师的要求和老师所施加的教育影响。反之，老师无论有怎样的良苦用心，学生都难以接受，并从内心深处对老师产生很大的抵触感，所以做受学生欢迎的老师已势在必行。可见，作为一名老师，一定要不断追求新知，提高自己的素养才行。仅有才气还不够，须有德行相佐才能使自己的人格充满魅力。学生由钦佩至亲近，潜移默化中受到影响，我们的教育自然有了成效。所谓的“随风潜入夜，润物细无声”就是这个道理吧。
要架起和学生沟通的桥梁，掌握与学生沟通的艺术，提高自己与学生沟通的能力。老师只有懂得如何去与学生沟通，懂得如何来满足学生的需要，懂得如何去爱学生，师生之间建立起相互信任、理解、尊重、彼此接纳的关系，那么教育活动，才能使学生产生兴趣并接受。也就是说，让学生喜欢你、信任你，走进学生的心里，和学生平等对话并保持“零距离”。那么，怎样做才能让学生信任你，喜欢你呢？我认为，今天的老师，首先要做到三点，做到鼓励适当、做到尊重个体、做到公平公正。用爱心撑起一把小伞，用诚心搭起一座小桥，用信心发出一束亮光，让学生踏平坎坷，继续出发。
怎样做一个做最受学生欢迎的老师呢？书中有很多的阐述和讲解，但我认为最重要的是会爱学生，用发自内心的爱注视学生、面对学生、感染学生。平时，遇到有的学生病了，用关心的语言问学生，确定他是否发烧有病；有的学生进步了,送上一句鼓励的话语；有的学生的书本、铅笔等掉在地上，弯腰捡起；轻轻扶起不慎摔倒的学生等等，教育无小事，事事都育人。用老师言行影响着学生、默默地鼓励着学生。一点都没错，教育就是这样，用人师的每一句话，每一个动作无形地影响着学生、默默地鼓励着学生。但是，爱并不意味着迁就放松，而是严而有爱，爱而从严。只要充满爱，学生们一定会理解、会喜欢每一位老师的。我觉得学生最关心的是老师对他的看法如何，最大的愿望是受到老师的关心和喜爱，当我们面对学生时，尤其是那些似乎充满缺点的学生时，如果我们多一些观察，尽量发现他们的优点，然后真诚地、慷慨地去赞赏他们，就会激发他们内心深处的希望和信心，激励他们奋发向上，改正缺点。

during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is very helpful to me. firstly, you let me know what is the west thinking pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to gain this confidence. now, i always express my ideas in english as possible as i can. it’s great to do that. the last not the least, i find that learning english is not an boring thing as before and i’m interested in studying english which was just a necessary task to pass examinations. reading, listening or speaking all become interesting and i really enjoy it.
