从郊外一路驶进市区，巴黎的一切便显露无遗。它的高傲，它的优雅，它的悠闲，它的从容。它高傲，但它宽容，高傲是宽容的资本。它悠闲，但它努力，因此悠闲得神采奕奕。它几乎具有别的城市所具有的一切优点和缺点，而且把它们一起放大，推向极致。你可以一次次赞叹，一次次皱眉，最后还会想起波德莱尔的诗句：“万恶之都，我爱你！”难得它，巴黎，气血饱满，骨肉均匀。
车行至戴高乐广场，凯旋门突兀地立在车流之中，在朝辉之下，凯旋门上浮雕的每一个皱折都被映衬得毫发毕现。凯旋门见证了拿破仑王朝由盛大走向衰败的过程，拿破仑倒下了，它却继续屹立在这世上几百年，时光不曾改其容颜，风雨不曾灭其英气。浮雕上的人物栩栩如生，仿佛有生命一般，那炯炯有神的瞳仁凝视着你，仿佛想告诉你那个传奇年代的传说。走进凯旋门，墙上密密麻麻刻着一些将军的名字，记载着他们曾经的辉煌。

电梯平稳地运行在钢筋铁架之中，待我再“重见天日”之时，已身处铁塔的第二层了，一踏出电梯门时，我立即感受到一种君临天下的豪气，的确，从巴黎至高点上眺望全城，放射性的楼房和像蛇一般穿行的羊肠古道相衬成一道风景，塞纳河缓缓穿过城中，河上深浅有致的分布了二十座桥，沿河两岸的古建筑更是一道亮点。
