读完这本书的时候，我的心里就像打翻了五味瓶一样，心里一向沉沉的。因为我们的生活实在是太幸福了，我们过着衣来伸手、饭来张口的生活。在家有爸爸妈妈对我的呵护，学校里有教师辛勤地教育我们，家里住的是小别墅，学校搬了新家以后，一切现代化的设备一应俱全，和小三毛相比，我们简直就像是生活在天堂里的孩子。
我是学校田径队的队员，有时训练把我压得喘可是气来，异常是前段时间的高温，每次训练完后回到教室，都有一种脱水的感觉，真的想对教师说，我不要参加了！
可是看了小三毛的故事以后，我觉得每一天的1000米的长跑、100个蛙跳、那些高强度的运动，都已经算不上是一种苦了，我倒觉得大汗淋漓也是一种享受，不仅仅能强身健体，更能磨练一个人顽强的意志力。
