首先,感谢学校领导给了我这个出去学习的机会,让我开阔了视野,增长了见识,受益匪浅,感触颇多,现在将自己的一些粗浅的感受和大家交流一下,以便信息共享。
我是5月11日号和我市的三位老师一起去哈尔滨参加的黑龙江省初中语文教师教学基本功观摩研讨会的,参赛选手来自全省各地市,共300多人,按说课的文章体裁,比赛分五个组进行,我在说明文与议论文组,共68名选手,四天时间听了60多位选手的说课,最后还听了哈尔滨市125中学和大庆市一位曾获全国赛课一等奖的两位老师的示范课。参赛教师的精彩表现给我留下了很深的印象,尤其是他们精美的课件制作,幽默风趣的语言、和蔼亲切的教学态度让人赞叹不已,四天的学习让我有了很多的收获,下面谈一下自己的感受。
一、教师的教育理念普遍较高,参赛教师都比较好的贯彻了新课程理念,说课过程中体现出了较强的课改意识,树立学生的主体地位,注意了学生学习方式的变化,分组学习、合作学习、探究式学习体现非常明显,教师想方设法调动学生的学习兴趣,尽量让每一个学生都能参与到课堂教学中来,
二,教师的基本素质普遍较强,在此次说课竞赛过程中,参赛教师展现了其较强的.基本素质,教态自然、得体、亲切,语言准确精炼、正确选择使用教具,专业知识扎实牢固,知识面宽,掌握现代化教育教学手段,熟练运用多媒体教学。
三、从教学方法和手段来看,教师都采用适当的教学方法,激发学生兴趣,提高教学效率,在新课导入上能够创设各种情境,激发学生兴趣,
四、在教学内容安排,教学环节设计,重难点的处理,知识的拓展和巩固上,多数教师都有创新,别具一格。新教材的内容相比过去精简了很多,给我们呈现的多数是一些结论性的知识,学生不易理解,多数教师在处理教材中重难点知识时,多采用先给学生播放视频或补充一些历史资料,然后根据资料层层设问,引导学生去探讨、分析、合作、探究,弄清问题的来龙去脉,加深对知识的理解,突破了重点和难点。
五、在学以致用方面,多数教师注重知识与现实的联系。参加本次说课比赛我的最大感受是:
说课赛场真可谓龙争虎斗,虽说这说课表面上看来仿佛是一种个体行为,但单打独斗的背后却隐藏着一个学校、一个区域集体教研活动的动态,前台展示的显然是后台的集体素质,无不凸显着各地教研的最新成果和教师所掌握的最新理念。
古人说,窥其一斑,可见全豹。一场不大的语文说课精英大赛,透视出黑龙江省初中教育的一派烂漫。说课赛场上有的选手在课件中把学生学习语文,探究语文的活动过程实录到课件中,既丰富了说课内容,又增强了说课内容的真实性、原本性,体现了“语文源于生活,生活充满语文”这显然是一种新的苗头,一种方向。还有的选手采用了课后说课,渗透了教育反思,而且说课内容也在不断整合,生成性资源也在不断涌进这块神奇的处女地。绝大多数选手都不约而同地使用了课件,信息技术在这里找到了最佳结合点,课堂教学视频也大胆地走进了说课程序,以教学课例解剖的方式在进行着微观分析;更精彩地是多位选手“无意”选用的同一课题,呈现的“同课异构”,精当地阐释了什么叫做“百家争鸣”,什么叫做匠心独运。而争鸣的结果是,燕啼莺歌,春曲婉转。
沉钩历史,从上世纪八十年代首次出现说课以来,说课从来没有像今天这样如此多彩,千奇百妙的电子演讲稿,科学灵动的语文课件,深入浅出的人文性讲解,精彩的现场专家点评无不演义的是一场场生动的教育活剧,是教师在实践新课程中不断发展的活剧。
把握要求,应该是说课的基点,因为说课不同于一般的发言和教学,它要求说者比较系统地介绍自己的教学设计及其理论依据,而不是宣讲教案,也不是浓缩课堂,它的核心在于说理,在于说清为什么要这样教。说课还必须立足于“课”,它也不同于教学基本功比赛,不同于教学技能表演,没有“课”,无论是说还是演都是徒劳。说课同样要关注重点,只有紧紧抓住那些教师较为关心、渴望了解的重点问题,才能充分发挥“说课”的交流作用。
说课更需要激情,有声有色,连贯紧凑,过渡流畅自然,激情飞扬。无论你面对的是学生还是同仁,没有激情,就不能收获胜利!
以上就是我的一点不成熟的想法,不当之处还望各位领导、同仁批评指正,以利于我今后能取得更大的进步。
