2000年底，我在深圳找到了另一份工作，当时，深圳精模电子科技有限公司在招喷漆技术员，我怀着试试看的心情去应聘，意想不到的是这一次我竟然以技术人才被选中了。这是一家拥有4000多人的台资企业，就当时，男孩要近这家公司是难上难，这次幸运之神眷顾我，给了我的自信。
从上班第一天开始，我就告诫自己，“今天不努力工作，明天就得努力的找工作”。为了实现自己的目标，必须努力。由于当时我负责的是调油漆工作，领导要求我每天在其他员工上班前就要确保有油漆供生产使用，听说在我前面有2名技术人也是因为不能做到而被解雇了。于是，我一改别人的常态，每天早上7：00，当别人还在睡梦中，我就起床来到公司开始忙碌，一个月下来，我每天都是从早上7：00工作晚上12：00，每天加班6个小时，最多一个月加了171个小时，人虽然辛苦，但是发工资时，工资也比别人多了3分之一，这时，我脸上现出了久违的笑容。
可是，人做到老，学到老，还有三分学不到，在这里工作一年，让我学到了三分做事，七分做人的道理，因为在打工的世界里，每天面对是来自五湖四海的人，从陌生人变成同事，朋友，知己，这需要真心的付出，但是付出了不一定有回报，可是，没有付出一定没有回报。我们公司是以生产电脑键盘，鼠标为主，那时每年的出货量占了全世界三分之一。每到春节期间，也是我们公司最忙之时，为了不影响工作，我放弃了回家和家人团聚的机会。也许是由于自己能吃苦耐劳，为人随和，2003年，我被提拔为领班，进入了管理干部行列。
随著时间的流逝，不知不觉，我在这家公司工作了15年，可是人生有多少个十年，但是我还是有所收获，在这里，我虽然累，但是我快乐着，因为我的'工作岗位也经过多次调整，每次的调整，都要面对高强度的竞争，人心的险恶，拉帮结派的对手，最终是适者生存，败者淘汰。当时，由于我是孤家寡人，没有亲友的帮助，要战胜别人难于上青天，有时，高层人员为了安排他的亲戚，朋友，老乡，到我们部门来任职，就只有将我调离这个部门，就这样，我被三次调出我现在的部门，然后再又三次被调回来，在这段时间，我十年都没有回过家乡，最终，我依靠自己的技术，人缘跻身公司中高层管理行列，也算得上是今天大都市的白领阶层了，同时也拥有了一批十年后还能保持联系的朋友。是家人的理解，包容，朋友的支持，鼓励让我一路前行。

在敬老院，他们有时陪老人聊聊天，有时给他们捶捶背，有时还给他们唱歌、跳舞、讲笑话。更多的时候，他们和爸爸妈妈一起推着老人去户外散散步，晒晒太阳，呼吸呼吸新鲜空气。如果恰好是老人们吃馄饨的日子，他们也会加入到包馄饨的行列。有一次，敬老院里的奶奶很想念自己的儿女了，眼泪都流了出来，小义工可可轻轻的扶着老奶奶说：“我一直把你看作亲奶奶，你不要哭了，我会经常来看你的。”老奶奶激动的说：“你们真是好孩子，谢谢你们经常来看我。”
在儿童福利院，他们的身影也时常能看到。因为这里的孩子都是一些身体有残疾或者智力有残疾的孩子，他们不能和正常的孩子一起玩耍。所以，小义工们在爸爸妈妈的'带领下来到福利院时会带上一些好吃的好玩的给这些可怜的孩子，有时会带上一些自己的旧衣物给福利院的孩子。每年春天福利院的小朋友会在义工叔叔阿姨的帮助下去公园玩，这时的小义工最开心了，他们陪着这些孩子一起度过美好的周日，给残疾儿童带去欢笑。
小义工虽然还小，还不能为敬老院里的爷爷奶奶做很多事情，也不能每天去儿童福利院陪那些残疾的孩子一起玩耍。但是他们在一次次的义工活动中，传递着尊老爱幼的好思想，他们真是新世纪的好少年，值得我们每个小朋友去向他们学习。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the side of the bed.
On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the light at two o'clock,and most of them are awake by six o'clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At about one o'clock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

Iwas very favor of a section of music in its balls. It’s pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the he-ro-in-e,though I didn’t think she’s beautiful. But she’s smart. However, I didn’t pay much attention to the plot. I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I’m a prejudiced person so I can’t find where’s wrong.
Imerely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.
