It is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. If a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. When you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. First, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. Second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. Third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. When a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. When a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. Then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. If the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. If a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of paper round the cut. Every bodyrshould know some first aid in order to save othe peoples lives.

Unusually intelligent Jim Carrey movie - a provocative and prescient media satire. Puts Big Brother and the current spate of docu-soaps firmly into perspective
Truman Burbank (Carrey is a happily married insurance salesman living a normal life in a small American town so perfect that he has never felt the need or desire to leave it. He has a loving wife (Linney, and a loyal best buddy (Emmerich. Life is good until one morning a stage light drops from the skies and shatters on the ground perilously close to him. It is the trigger that sets him questioning everything around him. What is behind the facades of the buildings he has never entered? Why do people seem to be travelling around him in a perfectly synchronized loop? What is going on outside his home-town? Truman is, it turns out, the unwitting star of a top-rated 24-hour-a-day TV docu-soap.
Under the careful critical scrutiny to which it has been subjected, the plot turns out not to be watertight. This is to miss the point of what is a hilarious and breathtakingly conceived satire which also allows Carrey to edge away from broad comedy.
The Truman Show is also oddly moving and has, as you would expect from a Weir film, a pronounced metaphysical slant with Ed Harris playing the show"s archly named producer/creator Christof.
Verdict
One of the cinematic highlights of the 1990s, The Truman Show is up there with Weir"s very best work.

很佩服电影中那位才华横溢、不可一世的天才导演，他让人想到了上帝，同时看到那个软弱、疲惫、徨惑的楚门被一次次的虚伪所玩弄，还是对生活和前途充满了乐观时，我的内心就一阵阵地酸楚，我不忍面对——不忍面对一个真实的“我们”!
“人生如戏，戏如人生”，哲人如此感叹，但人生舞台上的演员——我们，是不是时刻都有一种演戏的自觉呢?还是在上帝的欺瞒和安排下，忘我地做着无意义的事呢?快乐，不
足以使我们热爱这个世界;挫折，不足以使我们抛弃这个世界。上帝就像那个天才的导演一样，掌握着很好的度，他知道该在何时给我们当头一棒，何时又给我们烧起暖暖的火炉，他使我们在痛苦中保持希望，在希望中忍受痛苦，因为痛苦制造着剧情的波澜，也制造着收视率，希望则是赏给我们的出场费，使我们不至于中途罢演。
电影的末尾，楚门是觉悟了的，他对着摄影机，真的向“上帝”罢演了。天才的导演恐慌了，他将失去观众，他竭力挽留楚门，告诉他离开了导演控制的世界是很危险的.，但楚门还是走出了那扇门，走向那个黑漆漆的未知世界，他说不管那个世界中等待他的是什么，他都不在乎。佛家有“顿悟”一说，并说人的本性自足圆满，是人世的尘埃覆盖了它，使它迷失。看来楚门是顿悟了，他要找回那个失去的自我，那个自足圆满、自由自在的本性。
《金刚经》语：“凡所有相，皆是虚妄，若见诸相非相，则见如来。”戏装迟早要褪去，布景也迟早要撤下，演戏的时候则生龙活虎地演一场，只是别忘了过过看戏的瘾，随时让另一个“我”——本我，走下舞台，在观众席上，呷一口茶，看看戏台上的“我”和“他们”，鼓几下掌，流几滴泪，明白了这一点，便接近顿悟了。其实，我们跨不跨出那扇门又有什么关系?因为我们的心灵已经跨了出去。

I also went to the XinDongfang square, it was a very big shopping mall, it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! This is my first time to participate in the practice activity of Haidu little reporter. When my mother told me that the activity content was to learn first aid knowledge, I began to look forward to it.
When I came to the auditorium, I saw the theme of the activity at a glance: everyone learns first aid and first aid is for everyone. After a while, the activity began, \"lets invite Dr. Zhang from the emergency department of Jinjiang hospital!\" as soon as the voice fell, a male doctor wearing white divination walked on the stage and explained in detail \"what should you do if someone suddenly faints in front of you?\"
Dr. Zhang told us that cardiopulmonary resuscitation should first observe the environment and confirm the surrounding safety before rescue. I pricked up my little ears and listened attentively for fear of missing any link. Dr. Zhangs explanation was not only professional but also interesting. I firmly remember every step of cardiopulmonary resuscitation he said.
After listening to the explanation, its natural to experience it. All the students are eager to try and hold their hands high. I especially want to try, but its a pity that only two students are lucky to complete the practice.
Todays activity is very meaningful. I not only learned the first aid knowledge that can \"save lives\", but also gained a lot of laughter. In this happy atmosphere of \"learning by playing, learning by playing\", I absorbed more knowledge. I think if I meet someone who suddenly faints in the future, I will \"save\" them with the first aid knowledge I learned today.
