I walked down my street with my dad. The sun shone on Mrs. Stokes, watering her potted plants. 我和爸爸沿着我们的街道走，太阳照到了斯托克斯太太身上，她正给她的盆栽植物浇水。
“Hello, Mrs. Stokes,” I called loudly. “I’ll water those plants for you.” “你好，斯托克斯太太！”我大声喊，“我来给您浇花吧。”
Mrs. Stokes smiled. I watered her potted plant. My dad pulled out some weeds. People like to help each other on our street. 斯托斯太太微笑了，我给她的盆栽植物浇了水，爸爸把一些杂草拔了出来。这条街道上，人们很乐意帮助他人。
I walked on with my dad. The sun shone on Hope and her mom. They were singing for the people who went by. 我跟我爸爸继续走着。太阳照到了浩波和她妈妈身上，她们正为路过的`人们唱歌。
We liked their songs. My dad dropped some money in a hat beside them. Hope smiled. 我们喜欢她们的歌。爸爸在她们旁边的一顶帽子里面放了点钱，浩波微笑了。

There are many ways of traveling, People may travel by plane if they want to travel far and reach their destination in a shorter time. It is the most comfortable but expensive way.Most people travel by train because it is a less expensive way but the compartments are cramped and stuffy. Bus journey is a cheaper way but it is spent on narrow, bumpy roads which are crowded with traffic. Trips by ship may be the cheapest and most comfortable way but it takes too much time.
I tike traveling by bike. I can set out when I like and stop when I like. I can go wherever I like so that I can enjoy delightful spots rarely visited by other travelers. When I feel tired, I sit down by the bike and have a good rest. Besides, I can save much money for tickets and much time in waiting for the train or bus. I can cover more places by riding a bike than going on foot.
Traveling by bike is good to health. It is really a sort of good exercise to strengthen one‘s muscles and to test one‘s will. Moreover, it brings no pollution to the air. So it helps to clean the atmosphere.

其实，很早之前我就会骑自行车了，可是妈妈一直告诉我说，小朋友没有年满14周岁是不可以上马路的，那样违反交通规则！可是作为小小的男子汉我总是有个不安分的心啊，总跃跃欲试！
今天妈妈终于答应带我去公园骑车，我就斗胆的问了“妈妈，我可不可以自己做的骑车跟着？”没有想到，妈妈痛快的答应了，我再也不需要妈妈拖着车载着我去公园了。说实话，刚上马路的时候我还真的有点小紧张啊，毕竟人家是第一次嘛！不过自信的'说，我的技术还是过得硬的，毕竟2年的基础了嘛。但是我真的害怕万一碰上警察叔叔，把我逮住了，呵呵
一路上是很顺利的到了公园，不过，我也发现自己其实不经意中紧张的满身汗呢！
公园的环境真的不错，妈妈让我自己注意观察春天有什么变化，我也对照着课文一一作了比较。

我们晚上七时准时出发，一路上，我们全家谈笑风生，路上的行人都投来羡慕的眼光。骑呀，骑呀，爸爸的话匣子怎么关闭了？我回头一看，原来爸爸已经掉队了。我和妈妈立即停下来，决定在原地等一下。我们等了十分钟，可爸爸还是低着头，好像在修自行车。我想：“难道他的自行车坏了？”于是，我决定返回去看个究竟。爸爸看到我来了，说：“我车的链条掉了，你来得正好，快把你的照明灯拿过来照一下。”我取下照明灯，光线射向爸爸修理的地方，不一会儿，自行车修好了。我们继续赶路，来到南湖边，灯光倒映在湖面上闪闪发光，十分好看。不一会儿，就来到超市。啊！超市里的人可真多啊！一进去，琳琅满目的`商品映入我的眼帘，我们三人自己挑选自己的东西，大包小包拎出超市，准备往回赶。我们一边骑车一边欣赏夜景。五光十色的灯勾画出一幢幢高大建筑物的雄伟轮廓。街道上，照明灯、喷泉灯、礼花灯和草坪灯装点着美丽的大武汉。
骑车去超市虽然很累，但是我感觉很有意义。既可以锻炼身体，又可以细细品味城市的夜景，真是两全其美！
