1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

（一）9月15日晚，"善行东莞？大爱无疆"第五届东莞市道德模范授奖仪式在东莞广播电视中心1号演播厅举行。石碣"最美老太"叶金莲获得诚实守信类道德模范奖，90岁高龄的老党员叶植获得8月份"东莞好人"称号。
石碣镇党委委员何志伟，石碣镇宣传教育文体局相关负责人亲临授奖仪式现场，与现场400位市民一起观看授奖仪式，并为获奖的道德模范送上掌声与祝贺。
来自石碣镇四甲村委会环卫工人、"最美老太"叶金莲，用爱守护患有脑瘫的养子叶天生31年，多年来，她无怨无悔的付出，被评为第五届东莞市"诚实守信类"道德模范。在授奖仪式上，"最美老太"叶金莲与主持人谈及是什么精神与信念让她倾注人生的精力与爱心去照顾养子时，叶金莲老太太淳朴的语言感动了现场的观众并获得阵阵的.掌声。
在当晚的授奖仪式上，石碣的90岁老党员叶植勇救落水儿童的事迹纷纷获得观众的点赞，叶植老人被评为8月份"东莞好人".在授奖仪式结束后，两位老人接受记者采访时感动地说，谢谢党和政府的关心，日后将会继续带动广大市民用爱心营造互助、友爱的社会氛围。

潘新潮代表市委市委向第五届东莞市道德模范称号获得者表示祝贺。他说，道德模范关爱他人、助人为乐的道德情怀，见义勇为、勇于担当的无畏精神，以诚待人、守信践诺的为人品格，敬业奉献、勤勉干事的职业操守，孝老爱亲、血脉相依的至美真情，彰显了人间大爱，感动了社会，温暖了东莞。他们的事迹可信、可亲、可敬、可学，感人至深，催人奋进，成为我市推进公民道德建设最具说服力、最有影响力的鲜活教材。
强化"好人有好报"的社会价值导向
潘新潮指出，开展道德模范评选表彰活动，就是要在全社会营造知荣明耻、崇德向善的浓厚氛围和强大合力，为开创高水平崛起新局面提供强大的精神力量。他希望，道德模范奖、提名奖获得者和"东莞好人",珍惜荣誉，再接再厉，再创佳绩，带动市民践行社会主义核心价值观，为东莞实现高水平崛起做出更大的贡献。
同时，我市各行各业采取灵活多样的形式和方法，大力宣传道德模范的先进事迹和高尚品德，在全社会掀起学习道德模范、争做道德模范的热潮，让讲道德、做好人成为人们普遍的价值追求;希望社会各界在政治上、工作上、生活上进一步关心道德模范和"东莞好人",帮助他们解决实际困难，强化"好人有好报"的社会价值导向。
颁奖活动以晚会形式进行，并进行了现场直播。观众通过扫描晚会直播画面上的二维码，即可参与"为模范点赞"互动，向模范致敬。道德模范的事迹感动了广大观众，晚会结束时，超过1200名市民为这些模范点赞，网友纷纷留言，表达感动和祝福。
