- 另起一行[object Object] 空两个格 写正文
- 落款 = \"sincerely yours\" = 给级别高的，很正式的；\"yours truly\" = 朋友； \"love\" = 亲人 等等 别忘了点逗号
- 偏右下角 签名 如果写的是正式文的话 在签名下面 写上print体形式你的名字

前几日，学校利用国庆假期的时间，组织我们在大礼堂观看了《夺冠》这部电影。这部电影主要讲述的是中国女排从低谷到巅峰的一个过程，从一开始的见谁输谁到后来的五连冠，主角郎平从默默无闻到最后成为国家队不可或缺的一员。
为什么要看《夺冠》这部电影呢？因为女排精神在这几年里成为一个非常流行的名词。那女排精神的.真正含义是什么呢？是她们那永不服输的韧劲，是她们不畏艰辛、勇攀高峰的拼劲和她们那自强不息的干劲。
现在这个社会，有很多那种立场不坚定、不能正确认识自己的人。《夺冠》令我感触最深的一句话是郎平在担任中国女排主教练的时候对朱婷说过的一句话：你成为不了我，你就是你。现在的青少年，有人会说我想要成为什么样的人，想要成为一个像谁谁谁一样的人，在我看来，这是完全不切实际的。因为每个人都是独一无二的，都会有所长或有所短，而我们需要做的是去寻找真正的自己。走一条只属于自己的路，一条适合自己的路。
学习女排精神固然重要，但是她们那么厉害，可不只是精神这么简单。她们每天都拼命地训练，在电影中，她们的训练场里有一面墙，上面全部都是被排球打到凹陷进去的印记，把一面墙用一个球来打成这样，需要多大的力气和多长时间的累积啊！仅仅是这一面墙就证明了很多，这就是中国女排！
没有人能不努力就成功，这需要自己尽力去做到最好，对我而言也要这样，做最好的自己。

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. I would particularly like to join the expedition for the opportunity it would give me to study the plant life of the area.
I enjoy several outdoor activities including rowing and rock climbing and I consider myself to be both fit and healthy enough to undertake such an expedition.
