今天，我怀着高兴的心情来到了学校，因为我们要去茂名森林公园。
我们一进到森林公园大门，不禁被眼前的景物迷住，高大的树木，美丽的花朵，可爱的小鸟，好一幅活的画。秋风送来阵阵幽香，让人心旷神怡。
我们第一站是勇敢者之路，那是个军事训练营。我们在那里通了许多难关，有的走平衡木，有的巧夺梅花桩，有的夺下飞天渡等。
离开勇敢者之路，我们又游览了许多景点，其中让我印象最深的就是植物园和鳄鱼池。那我就先说沙漠植物园吧！一进园，我就感到一阵炎热，为什么会这样呢？
原来这是个温室，适合沙漠植物生长的条件。在沙漠植物园里，仙人掌和仙人球千姿百态，有的像一个刺猬，有的像一个顶天立地的巨人。走过沙漠植物园，就是用砖头隔开的一个个花圃。花圃里只有一种花。这花粉红的，一簇簇，像一群含羞的小女孩。听园林工人介绍，这花是鸡冠花。
接着，我们就去鳄鱼池，池里的鳄鱼憨态可掬。在沙滩上的鳄鱼们，有的在懒洋洋地晒着太阳，它们一动不动像是死了一样。水里的鳄鱼一刻也没闲着，它们看着河里的小鱼准备伺机行动。突然一群小鱼快活地游过来。机会来了，鳄鱼以闪电般的速度向小鱼扑去，血溅红了小河。这一幕让我们惊魂不定。
下午两点，我们走出了森林公园。我隐隐感觉有几分不舍。

趁着暑假期间，我和妈妈去茂名探望外公。
这天中午，我和妈妈乘坐上直达快车出发了。汽车急驶在高速公路上，车窗外，稻田、林木、村镇，一一掠过，当黄昏降临在粤西大地时，我们到达了茂名。外公见到了我别提多高兴了，忙向我介绍茂名的可玩之处，最让我动心的是茂名的“森林”公园，这可是珠海没有的景观呀。
第二天，在外公的安排下，一位李阿姨开车来带我们前往“森林”公园。在路上，李阿姨向我们介绍了“森林”公园的概况：“茂名森林公园是省级茂名森林公园，始建于2001年11月，是天公与人力的交融、游憩共生态并存的乐园，距茂名市区仅12公里，其中，趣园是茂名森林公园的园中园，占地600亩，是最好玩的地方。
说话间，我们便到了茂名森林公园入口，映入眼帘的是丘陵地貌上连绵不断的山林，车子在林间公路上前行，处处是茂林修竹，树木青翠，一片绿色的海洋，还有那不时传来的鸟鸣声，像一曲优美的乐曲，使人听了心情清爽自然。
大约行了六、七里路，我们到达了趣园，顿感身处于树绿花红中。这里山峦叠翠，绿水清幽，园中有园，又各具特色。由奇瓜异果编织的绿色长廊连接于各园之间，令我们在烈日下游玩，也感到阴凉清爽，仿佛是两重天，同时悬吊于廊顶的奇瓜异果又让我们领会了植物之美，尤其是“鸡蛋果”长廊，像空中布满了绿色、黄色、粉红色的彩灯，美丽极了。
还有篁竹滴翠的千个园，“活化石”般的苏铁园，开心的儿童乐园等…，都让我流连忘返。最可惜的是由于时间关系，号称“南粤最大的八卦迷宫”我没能去玩。
啊！茂名森林公园——美丽的大氧吧，科普大课堂，我一定还要来的，还要补上我喜爱的植物八卦迷宫。

今天阳关明媚，天气暖和。我们一家打算去森林公园游玩。
我们坐车一路上说说笑笑，不一会儿就来到了位于茂名市郊西恻的森林公园了。
刚下车就听到一阵阵嘹亮的歌声。进了森林公园大门，就看到不少游客扶老携幼、成群结队跟我们一样结伴而来。我们悠闲地漫步在公园靠右边地林间小道上，小道旁是郁郁葱葱的枫树。一棵棵枫树像一把把利剑直刺天空，又似一位位威武的战士日夜守卫着美丽的森林公园。这时我深吸一口气，一种清幽的感觉油然而生。
顺着小道往前走，不一会儿就来到了儿童乐园，儿童乐园少儿游乐项目丰富多彩，攀岩墙、梅花桩、上下求索，令我流连忘返。
随后，我游览了名人廊、鳄鱼池、鸟语林、绿色长廊……各个景点装饰一新，处处张灯结彩，呈现出一派喜气洋洋的欢乐气氛。
最有趣的游览地点是动物别墅。这些别墅是动物的住所，所以才称为动物别墅。你看，这一边拖着肥大身躯的箭猪，正津津有味的吃着番薯呢！那一边的五爪金龙正伸着长舌，准备吞吃小鸡。另一边更是精彩，几条大蟒蛇正张开血盆大口，向游人展现它们自己的风采。
最具挑战性得失植物八卦迷宫。我还跟家人比智斗勇，看谁先走处迷宫。也不知谁设计的，布阵迂回曲折扑朔迷离。老年人的睿智，青年人的聪颖，还有我们少年儿童的机灵，皆可从游戏中得到淋漓尽致的发挥。我在迷宫迂回曲折中，能尽情领略“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”的奇妙感受。我之所以能走出来，是因为我走了许多老路，在迷宫里兜来兜去才发现其中的奥秘，那便是从入口一直往前走，遇到分岔路口，就往左走，最后往右走。这便走了出来。
快中午一点了，还有一些景点我们还没有观赏到，但我们个个都已经饥肠辘辘了，只好乘车去午餐。我坐在车上想：森林公园是茂名人的洁晶，它凝聚了茂名人的血汗和智慧，它吸引许多省内外的游客。
