我个人是觉得上网课没什么学习效果，上网课，老师在线直播辅导各同学，但是人数多，老师又不能每一个人都顾及得到，每个人的问题不一样，只能挑重点讲。一个人在房间里学习，没有在学校教室里学习氛围好。作息时间混乱，晚上熬夜，晚睡觉，预定多个闹钟。早上起来打完卡接着睡。上网课老师不能面对面教导，许多同学都是敷衍了事。老师与同学之间缺乏互动，对于学习好求者可能受益匪浅，但是对于厌倦学习者，学习上没有一点效果，需要老师面对面教导，当面监督学习情况。

本人向消费者协会投诉上海联通公司不明示消费者，强收通讯费的“霸王”行径，具体情况如下：
2011年1月，本人收到上海联通公司的缴费帐单，两千八百余元，惊愕之余向其查询帐单明细，才发现本人于2010年12月12日至17日赴新马泰旅游发生的国际长途漫游费。因为本人清楚地记得没有长时间的通话，怎么会发生这么多的话费?!联通公司客服人员的查询结果为：本人发生的高额话费是使用了卫星通讯，每分钟的收费近60元人民币!
本人向联通公司提出，在12月12日出国前，本人向联通公司提出开通短期国际漫游服务，其客服人员还特意提醒，替本人关闭转移呼叫、上网等相关容易发生高额国际漫游费用的项目功能，待回国后再开通恢复这些功能，本人为其为消费者着想的服务态度表示感谢;到达国外后，多次收到联通公司的短信提醒，告知本人在所处地区的通话及短信资费标准，正因为这些周到的提醒服务，使本人在使用国际长途漫游功能时，心中有数。但本人此次旅行是乘坐皇家加勒比游轮公司的“海洋神化号”豪华游轮的海上旅行，在海上的通话资费变化并未得到任何的提醒，以致短短的几个通话，居然要发生两千七百多元的费用!本人表示对这种对消费者不进行明示告知的消费，联通公司应该承担相应的责任。
基于联通公司表示此项海上卫星通讯收费是代收代付的，本人表示愿意支付此次高额话费，但希望联通公司用赠送通话时间的方式，来补偿此次不愉快的事件，并希望联通公司今后能预先告知此项高额收费，或通过公众传媒的方式来温馨提醒，以避免先今流行的海上豪华游轮旅游，消费者很容易因不知情而发生此类高额海上通讯费用。
但经过两次与其客服人员的投诉建议，昨天本人接到联通公司客服的最后告知，联通公司对此事件不承担任何责任，要求本人限期缴纳此高额话费，并表示不会以任何方式向社会公众温馨告示。
本人认为，联通公司对此消费纠纷采取的态度极其恶劣，本人从联通公司成立前的国脉公司至今，一直是其大客户，在与其长达近二十年的商家与消费者的协议消费中，一直有着良好的关系，但此次的纠纷，让本人感受到和谐社会中的和谐消费正受到冷漠的践踏!今年6月11-14日我又将和两千多名游客在上海登上“海洋神化号”豪华游轮赴韩国济州岛，联通公司的不作为，势必又将会有不知多少不知情的消费者蒙受此类经济损失!
在日益兴起的豪华游轮海上旅游的热潮中，作为通讯行业中的弱势群体的消费者，因为这些通讯服务商的不负责任的态度，必将造成更多消费者的不明损失，并不断制造不和谐的社会消费矛盾纠纷。
为此，本人希望市消费者协会能与联通公司协调此事的`正确处理方法，并通过有效的渠道告知消费者，帮助消费者减少此类不必要的经济损失，为和谐社会创造一个和谐的消费环境做出我们应有的贡献。

记得那是我6岁的时候，我看见妈妈买回来一大袋的香瓜子。当妈妈放下袋子的时候，我便像离弦的箭一样跑到袋子的前面，把袋子撕地七零八落，取出了一包香瓜子。当我吃着香喷喷的瓜子时，不禁问妈妈：“妈妈，这些这么香的瓜子从哪儿得到的呢？”妈妈耐心地对我说：“这些瓜子是由向日葵那里得来的，只要种下一颗花籽，就能种出许多美味的香瓜子。”我听着听着就流下了口水，脑海中并想出了一个计划。
我把一包香瓜子全种在地里，浇了许多桶水。可是一个星期过去了，也还没看见香瓜子长出来。我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。于是，我就把香瓜子全挖了出来。挖出来一看，香瓜子不但没有长出鲜嫩的小花苗，反而上面还有许多小蚯蚓。我就把这件奇怪的事告诉了全家人，家人们笑得前仰后翻，我不知道怎么回事，就带着疑惑的心情问妈妈：“妈妈，大家为什么要笑啊？”妈妈笑着说：“儿子，你拿煮熟的香瓜子去种，当然种不出向日葵，只有生的香瓜子才能种出向日葵，不信你就试一试。”在妈妈的帮助下，我种的向日葵终于长出了小花苗。
这件事，虽然已经过去了很久，但是这件童年趣事像天边的一颗璀璨的星星，永远留在我心中的星空上。
