The packages containing the computer sets appeared to be in good condition and we accepted and signed for them without question. We unpacked the computer sets with care and can only assume that damage must be due to careless handling at some stage prior to packing.
We shall be glad if you will replace all 20 sets as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we have put the damaged computer sets aside in case you need them to support a claim on your suppliers for compensation.

“xx公寓”5号楼自2003年开工至今已经建了整整四年，一楼六层小楼能建4年都没有完工，我们大部分业主早在2003年就购买了“xx公寓”5号楼的房子，而且当时没有看见他们的任何预售证件，后来他们才补了几个证件，我们当时签的草购房合同上规定的交房日期是2005年12月31号，到签正式的合同时开发商却单方面修改了交房合同到20xx年6月30号。中间不知何故停工了好几次，而且每次都停好长时间。然而即便是这样，到了20xx年6月30号，开发商还是没能交房，电话通知说到20xx年7月30号，到了20xx年7月30号，他们电话通知让8月xx号以后过去交房，到8月17号我们再次去时，发现楼盘被施工房包围，我们连房门都进不了，后来我们跟施工房协商他们让我们进去一个人看房，发现水电不通、地漏没做、弱电没走、房间内是大窟窿小眼睛的、墙壁是凸凹不平，纱窗没按，窗户倾斜严重，外面的路面没有硬化，更没有绿化。到交房处找他们工作人员，他们出具不了任何有关房屋质量的文件，甚至连五大主体的自验报告都没有。他们解释说五大主体已经验收过了，但五大主体并没有盖章，自那天开始我们开始投诉和交涉。他们又说推迟到9月15号全部整好，到了9月15号，我们发现这中间虽然他们做了一定的工作但还存在很多问题，虽然五大主体验收报告下来了，但没有市建委的任何书面的材料，我们去市建委咨询，市建委答复说根本不知道有“xx公寓”5号楼的事，而他们的五大主体验收报告上签名时间却是20xx年7月6号，他们并没有向市建委递任何资料。不知我们还要等多长时间才能看到市建委的备案表下来，眼看最佳装修季节就要过去，等到了12月份或者明年1月份再接房，因天冷无法装修我们还要再拖一年才能住进我们的新房，而这些业主大部分是在外租房，每家都有不同程度的困难。

我们的购房合同上明明规定：该商品房经综合验收合格后才能交付使用，根据郑州市政府的有关规定该商品房经五大主体验收后报市建委，市建委发放竣工验收备案文件才算综合验收合格。根据建设部《房屋建筑工程和市政基础设施工程竣工验收备案管理暂行办法》的规定，开发商应当自竣工验收合格之日起15日内，向工程所在地的县级以上地方人民政府建设行政主管部门(以下简称备案机关备案。备案机关收到开发商报送的齐全的竣工验收备案文件后，向其发放该商品房的《建设工程竣工验收备案表》。而且相关法规还规定建设工程收合格的，方可交付使用。但是在不具备交房条件的情况下自8月xx开始开发商已经陆陆续续交付了20多户，而且还在偷偷交付那些不知情的业主，记者多次去采访，追问他们为什么在没有备案表的情况下交了房子，他们总把责任推到业主身上，说是业主强力要求交房的，事实上是大部分业主都不太懂交房的手续，当听到他们电话通知说房子好了，就过去把房子收了，有些懂点法律知识的就没有接他们的房子而是开始投诉，8月xx开始通知业主收房，当时连五大主体验收的材料也没有，而且当时楼盘被施工方包围(听施工方说是开发商欠他们的工钱我们业主根本进不了房子，直到9月xx号我们才在售楼部看见一份复印的五大主体验收资料，但谁也没有见到过《竣工验收备案表》。没有《竣工验收备案表》，我们难免怀疑房屋质量有问题，而且很担心房产证办不下来
