我叫廖千倾，家住湖南省凤凰县新场镇。学校新场完小。
在某月的某个星期五上午的第三节课上，五年级的两个班飞奔教室，只见五年级（一）班的教室吵闹不停，五（二）班的教室一片死寂。当五（一）班的班主任来到教室时，刹时，教室里立刻安静。后来，老师就交代几句话，几把扫把秒变而空。当然，五（二）班也一样。
在一个小学的操坪上，站着两个班，没错，那就是五年级两个班。哈哈，一班举着大旗，二班举着小旗。然后，出发！
"享受阅读增广知识，书香飘逸尽博益……"／"起来，不愿做奴隶地人们……"两个班的小学生走着整齐的队物，唱着不同的.歌，从学校新场完小要走到大木坪的养老院。突然，这两个班在一个商店门前停了下来，（咳咳，人称变一下）我们班（也就是五1）的班主任抽了几个站在后面的人进去了，五2的跟着进去了。出来之后，我们又继续走。就在我们精疲力尽的时候，终于快到了，
只见，养老院的内个，好像是管理员还有几位老爷爷老奶奶站在门口迎着我们。(心里好激动哦！必竟是第一次嘛！然后，就进去了。

‘唰’（扫地声）伴着人烟吵闹的声音，我以及其他同学正在打扫整个养老院，在养老院的接近楼梯旁，有两个人正在用手捡东西。嘿，我看到她们就来气，我的两个朋友竟然离我而弃！我走过去，“刘邦，（咳咳，此事不可外扬）想要扫帚吗？”“想！”“只要你……”我跟她悄悄的说，“哦~”就这字儿，他延好长，“老大，我一直都是啊！”然后，她也得到了扫帚，我们也一起从后院扫到了前院。突然，我眼睛放光，早知道就早点来了，现在，他们正津津有味的吃着苹果，好气，
幸好，院长大慈心（为什么我会说大发慈心呢，请看后面！），在临走时院长把剩下的苹果送给了我们。
回到教室，老师才说，之前在养老院还有瓜子等，就是她们刚拿出来，就被男生抢翻了。全没了。我的瓜子啊！

人的寿命是不确定的，天有不测风云，人有旦夕祸福，所以我们要好好把握生命的每一天。人身难得，不可虚度，在有限的时间里尽力累积善根，修持福慧资粮，才能不浪费宝贵的人身。我曾游访过尼泊尔、印度、东南亚等多个国家以及中国各省市许多地方，见过各地敬老院里各种不同种族肤色的老人，在这些敬老院中有条件十分优越的，也有比较窘迫的。但像我们马尔康这样有绕佛的佛塔、做八关斋戒的佛堂、有指导佛法的上师的这样殊胜条件的敬老院，却是非常罕见的。可见各位也是在过去世中也是 累积了不少的`福报，才能在有如此殊胜条件的地方安度晚年!所以，希望我们能珍惜现有的条件，好好修行，不让宝贵的时间在不知觉中流过，才能不浪费宝贵的人身。
每个人都有着不同的人生背景、有着不同想法，尤其是老人。当在一起时，虽然大家也能在生活上修行上做到互相爱护互相帮助，可是有时候还总免不了会发生一些摩擦。人的习性是相当难改的，俗话说：“江山易改，本性难移”。但我们既然有了佛教徒这个身份，学习了佛陀的教言，就应尽量抛弃珍惜自我的我执，扩大爱护帮助他人的慈悲心。这是我们必须要具备的。这一切希望你们牢记在心头，千万不要忘记啊!
藏地有句俗语：“说话太多，像是麝毛，行动才是麝头。”说了许多，希望各位老人家能珍惜人身，爱护他人，保重自己!
