到了游泳池，我们做好热身运动，下了水，我马上问爸爸：“爸爸，我该怎么游泳呢？”“你要先学会潜水。首先吸一大口气，然后憋住气，再把头伸进水里，在水中别呼吸，慢慢能在水里憋15秒以上时，我就教你蛙泳。”我按照爸爸教我的方法去做，虽然有时会呛水，但还是成功的学会了潜水。接着，爸爸就教我蛙泳：先吸一大口气，憋着，再把头和身体都潜进水中，然后手向后泼水，脚同时向后蹬就行了。我按照爸爸教我的方式游，果真，我能向前游了！真的很感谢爸爸教会我游泳。

今天天气很热，我想如果能泡在游泳池里该是件多么舒服的事啊!于是我缠着爸爸带我去游泳，爸爸答应了，可是条件是：我必须好好的跟他学习游泳。
来 到游泳池，碧蓝的池水里游泳的.人可真多啊!大家都穿着各式各样的泳衣在水中欢乐地游着。看到这副情景我情不自禁地跳进了游泳池。刚一进水池我：“呀!”的 一声，迅速地又爬上了岸，对爸爸说：“水┅┅水太冷了!”旁边的一些人看见我狼狈的样子都在笑我。我看了他们一眼想：可不能被别人取笑啊，我一定要坚持。
接着我鼓足勇气又跳下了水，这次我下水后就不停的扑腾，身体不停的动，一会儿就不冷了，爸爸在旁边一直指导我学习游泳的姿势和技巧。
过了一会儿，我终于学会了蛙泳，这是最基本的。爸爸站在游泳池的另一头，叫我向他游过去，我深呼吸一口气把头扎进水里，游了过去。到了爸爸那儿，爸爸耐心地说：“你划水时，手指要并拢，这样可以游得快”。我听了爸爸的话试了试，果真游地快了很多。
我又连续学会了仰泳，而且一下子能游好远呢，我真是一个“游泳天才”呀!我相信在我的努力下我的游泳技术一定会越来越高。
