这个故事教训我们做任何事也不能过分，要适可而止，否则，只会惹来反效果。

乌鸦飞到自己巢前，狐狸正巧出来散步，乌鸦便嬉皮笑脸地对狐狸说：“狐狸大哥，沼泽地有些食物，我带你去吃吧！”狐狸听了，心想：“这只笨乌鸦，自己不吃还给我，今天的饭不用愁了！”于是，它就跟乌鸦来到了鳄鱼窝旁，鳄鱼见到了狐狸，就像见到了大仇人一样，两眼冒着仇恨的火光。它大吼一声：“我还没去找你，你就送上门来了，既然这样，那我就让你尝尝血的代价吧！”说着就向狐狸扑去。
