I have been reading your newspaper for many years with a great enthusiasm and interest. It is my honor to write you this letter to give my views on the issue of “White Pollution”. It is my view that the limitation of the use of disposable plastic bags is of utmost significance.
I would like to make the following suggestions to put an effective stop to the wide spread of “White Pollution”. Firstly, we should ban the free use of the plastic bags. Secondly, the price of plastic bags should be further raised. Thirdly, media like your newspaper should do more to encourage the public to use paper or clothing bags to replace the plastic bags.
I hope my suggestions would be of help and thank you for your attention.

我是一名来贵公司的消费者,写此信的目的是想反映一下10月31日在贵公司停车时,与贵公司停车管理员之间发生的事情。
10月31日,天气非常寒冷,我和我同事要在贵公司大厦和负责“嫦娥一号”卫星发射的工作人员开一个碰头会,商定最后一步并轨计划。来到贵公司智能化停车场停车时,贵公司停车管理员让我们把车放到传送带上,然后让我们下车。但是在下车时,他没有告知我们车立刻送到车库里,也没有提醒我们把随身要携带的物品带上。由于我们第一次在这种现代化的停车场停车,完全没有,也不知道停车程序,导致我们下车后,连外套都没有穿,要带下车的手提电脑也没拿,车已经被传送走了。我们开始和他交涉,恳求他把车提出来,因为这次会议要用的重要资料都在手提电脑里。他就是不肯把车传回来,而且态度极其恶劣,嘴里还骂骂咧咧,责怪我们当时为什么不下车同时把物品带上。我们和他交涉了大约半小时,他终于同意把车传回来,条件是我们付一次取车费。我们为了及时拿到电脑和衣服,同意了他的要求。我们当天的会议迟到了20分钟,并得了严重的感冒,至今未愈,治疗费已经高达800元。
对于他的行为,我们非常气愤,在十七大报告中,特别强调以人为本、构建社会主义和谐社会,他作为一名停车管理人员,应该全心全意为人民服务,但是他的服务态度极其恶劣;应当有义务提前告知消费者,但是他没有告知;应该在工作失误后,积极协助解决,但是他并没有积极协助解决。反而他来责怪我们,耽误我们的宝贵时间并损伤了我们的健康身体。同时也损坏了贵公司在消费者中的良好形象。
这件事情对于我来说是小件小事,但是如果他不改正工作态度,发生在每一个来停车人身上,就是大事,2008年奥运会将即,这样的事情再发生,会影响我国在国际中的形象。所以我强烈要求贵公司对此人进行深刻的批评教育,并赔偿我们的医疗费和精神损失费3000元整。

I m writing to lodge the complaint about the poor quality of an air conditioner that I purchased from Sun Appliance Company.
Frankly speaking, Sun Appliance has always been my favorite. On April 4, 2007, I bought the air conditioner (serial number 12345 from one of your chain store located in Lang Fang. The machine operated well at first, but ten days later, there was a fault that bothered me, that is, the fan made so much noise that I could not sleep well at night. Worse still, the cooling system didn t work well and the machine began to leak recently. Its poor quality ruined almost all my previous impression toward your products.
I strongly suggest that a repairman or a service engineer should be sent to my home without delay. I wonder if you could pinpoint the exact cause of the malfunction as soon as possible. If you can t, I am afraid that I will request for full amount of refund or a new air conditioner.

I bought/ordered an electronic dictionary from your online shop on January 1st, but I found it has some problems after using it for a short period of time.

In addition, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is nearly impossible to type anything with them. Personally, I found this to be completely unacceptable.

I am a student of our university, who often spend my spare time in our library. Generally speaking, our library provides quite good service. However, I still have some suggestions for you to upgrade the quality of your service.
To begin with, I would like you to prolong the open time. In the daytime, most students are having classes. To continue, some books are too old/ are out of date. It would be better if you could replace them with updated materials.

本人向消费者协会投诉上海联通公司不明示消费者,强收通讯费的“霸王”行径,具体情况如下:
2011年1月,本人收到上海联通公司的缴费帐单,两千八百余元,惊愕之余向其查询帐单明细,才发现本人于2010年12月12日至17日赴新马泰旅游发生的国际长途漫游费。因为本人清楚地记得没有长时间的通话,怎么会发生这么多的话费?!联通公司客服人员的查询结果为:本人发生的高额话费是使用了卫星通讯,每分钟的收费近60元人民币!
本人向联通公司提出,在12月12日出国前,本人向联通公司提出开通短期国际漫游服务,其客服人员还特意提醒,替本人关闭转移呼叫、上网等相关容易发生高额国际漫游费用的项目功能,待回国后再开通恢复这些功能,本人为其为消费者着想的服务态度表示感谢;到达国外后,多次收到联通公司的短信提醒,告知本人在所处地区的通话及短信资费标准,正因为这些周到的提醒服务,使本人在使用国际长途漫游功能时,心中有数。但本人此次旅行是乘坐皇家加勒比游轮公司的“海洋神化号”豪华游轮的海上旅行,在海上的通话资费变化并未得到任何的提醒,以致短短的几个通话,居然要发生两千七百多元的费用!本人表示对这种对消费者不进行明示告知的消费,联通公司应该承担相应的责任。
基于联通公司表示此项海上卫星通讯收费是代收代付的,本人表示愿意支付此次高额话费,但希望联通公司用赠送通话时间的方式,来补偿此次不愉快的事件,并希望联通公司今后能预先告知此项高额收费,或通过公众传媒的方式来温馨提醒,以避免先今流行的海上豪华游轮旅游,消费者很容易因不知情而发生此类高额海上通讯费用。
但经过两次与其客服人员的投诉建议,昨天本人接到联通公司客服的最后告知,联通公司对此事件不承担任何责任,要求本人限期缴纳此高额话费,并表示不会以任何方式向社会公众温馨告示。
本人认为,联通公司对此消费纠纷采取的态度极其恶劣,本人从联通公司成立前的国脉公司至今,一直是其大客户,在与其长达近二十年的商家与消费者的协议消费中,一直有着良好的关系,但此次的纠纷,让本人感受到和谐社会中的和谐消费正受到冷漠的践踏!今年6月11-14日我又将和两千多名游客在上海登上“海洋神化号”豪华游轮赴韩国济州岛,联通公司的不作为,势必又将会有不知多少不知情的消费者蒙受此类经济损失!
在日益兴起的豪华游轮海上旅游的热潮中,作为通讯行业中的弱势群体的消费者,因为这些通讯服务商的不负责任的态度,必将造成更多消费者的不明损失,并不断制造不和谐的社会消费矛盾纠纷。
为此,本人希望市消费者协会能与联通公司协调此事的`正确处理方法,并通过有效的渠道告知消费者,帮助消费者减少此类不必要的经济损失,为和谐社会创造一个和谐的消费环境做出我们应有的贡献。
